Chef Kimura prepared an omakase dinner of incredible tastes and textures. He even prepared a vegan gluten free dinner for two of my guests. We all sat in the tatami room and our server even wore a kimono. The entire evening turned out to be an incredible experience.

Went in and asked about their gluten-free menu, they offered me one. It was rather delicious. Also accommodated ordinary menu items into gluten-free options where feasible. And taught me how to say hello in Korean.
The operation seems relatively new and is going through certain growing pains, but the food is definitely worth the wait.

Great little place for excellent sushi. Staff is gluten free aware and made my partner and I a special GF platter of tasty sushi together with GF soy sauce. Definitely going back if we're near Toronto airport again.
