Unbelievable food all made fresh and made gluten free for me as a coeliac, couldn’t recommend enough, the owner was so knowledgeable, very good service and friendly atmosphere.
Gluten free menu available. The manager takes the order for people with allergies/coeliac disease so they take allergies very seriously here. I usually order a ramen with rice noodles and the broth is full of flavour.
Enjoy a fresh and easy ordering experience with marked menus and unique GF soy sauce, but remember to grab reservations!

Delicious gluten free Japanese food! They had menus with everything GF marked making it super easy to order, and all was fresh and delicious. They even have GF soy sauce! Will be back, although reservations needed.

I'm extremely disappointed in this restaurant. The quality of the food is not at level you would expect for the supposed calibre of the establishment.
The food I must describe as 'subpar' and the service was inadequate. One example was my request for a simple diet coke 3 times. The drink finally arrived after 30 minutes.
Two dishes were left uneaten due to the poor quality.
It was clear that one of the sushi dishes were not fresh.
My wife is celiac and cannot eat Gluten. When we enquired about their steaks being cooked, the response was quite a shock... "The meats are not prepares on site, they are marinated in their London restaurant and shipped to the Cardiff restaurant". I was utterly astounded by this comment. I have never know such a highly regarded restaurant to not prepare their ingredients fresh in their own kitchen. I find this appalling!
Needless to say, we won't be visiting again.
Aesthetically pleasing and clean, this hidden gem offers great value and a delightful vibe that keeps visitors coming back for more.

Lovely place. Was a bit uncertain initially because of its location but inside is aesthetically pleasing, clean and tidy. Staff were exceptional. The food, my god, so tasty. Plentiful vegan and gluten free options too.
Spent £40 on 2 main meals, a side and 2 nan breads, with also alcoholic beverages. Can not beat that for value for money.
Will definitely return.
Absolutely loved this. Usually do this as a takeaway due to parking. Food still hot when I got home. Worth planning what you want before you go in as its overwhelming the number of combinations. Great for gluten free, diary free and vegan as you can adapt the options to suit. Reasonably priced. Large portion. Fast service. Been there several times since.

Delicious, family friendly and accommodating for Coeliac and gluten free as well as vegetarian diets. Staff were so attentive despite being very busy. Booking advised for Sunday lunchtime. They turned away 14 people while we were there!

Enjoyed a delicious meal to celebrate a friend's birthday. Everyone who works here is so welcoming, polite and helpful. The food did not disappoint and was packed with flavour. Lots of the meals are gluten free (which I have to have) and there are good veggie selections. My friend opted for the Syrian Pidi duck to start and I chose the pan-seared scallops. We had the obligatory tasting of each other's and decided it was all lovely! For mains we decided on Chef Anand's tiffin signature sea bass which was perfectly cooked and we enjoyed the thoran veggie side dish to accompany which was recommended by our waiter. Together with a lovely fruity chenin blanc, this was a beautifully presented and super-tasty meal which was reasonably priced, all in chilled out, stylish surroundings with a relaxed vibe. Well recommended!
