Funky place located in a basement. The Korean BBQ chicken is just awesome. My wife has Celiac and they were great about ensuring the food was GF. Service was a bit slow but definitely recommend this place.
Enjoy unique flavors and quick service at this spot, where tasty surprises like the off-menu “skinny” noodles and refreshing Spicy Roll drink await!

I needed gluten free food. We had rice and noodles. Ask for the “skinny” (Singapore) noodles. It is not on the menu. The pork is marinated in soy sauce but the chicken, beef and shrimp were not. They have gluten free soy sauce. The service was very fast and friendly.
I’m gluten intolerant and allergic to dairy, and this is by far my favorite restaurant in Fairbanks! There was so many options on the menu and they are super willing to make substitutions for dietary needs.
Fresh, quality dishes served in a spacious and clean dining area; perfect for health-conscious diners looking for satisfying meals.

Excellent, fresh food. We got spring rolls, a California roll with soup and Panang curry and it was all great. The curry was perfect- warm, creamy, and a very large portion (I only finished half!) I really loved that they do not have MSG in their food and they had a bottle of gluten free soy sauce on the table. Bathrooms were large and clean (although no changing table). Large clean dining area with plenty of seating. They close in the afternoons for a short break so watch the hours!

This is my favorite Vietnamese restaurant in Anchorage. The staff is so friendly & attentive. They happily and easily accommodate vegan and gluten free diets. Their banh mi bread is made fresh in house and is literally incredible. They make an in house vegan broth that is truly delicious. They recommended getting their pho-rito vegan at my next visit since ive tried all the other vegan offerings, cant wait!
Expect an exciting blend of Thai and Laotian flavors that locals rave about, making it a must-visit gem for any food lover.

Absolutely the best Thai/Laotian food in town. I’ve eaten here so many times I’ve probably paid for one of the their locations LOL. I wish Pho Lena opened a franchise around the USA, it’s that good. If you don’t like spicy food these are my favorites (gluten free too): chicken pad Thai, fresh rolls, beef sidewalk noodles with extra sauce and limes.
A hidden gem with an inviting aesthetic, offering unique Japanese treats and a cozy spot for dining, complete with outdoor picnic tables.

The ramen was delicious, especially the broth. The gluten free noodles also great. Great friendly service. Have had the kombucha many times and know it's the "real deal". The desserts are great and not too sweet. Will definitely be back. Location not the best, but if you have been there it's no problem.
Indulge in rich flavors and savory dishes perfect for sharing, making it an exciting spot despite a higher price tag.

Yes and yes and yes.
YES get the ramen
YES get the salad
YES get the prime ribeye steak
YES it is pricy but worth it. Every dish full of umami
Ps. The ribeye could be shared between 2 people. We shared it amongst 3 of my friends (all girls) to be able to finish it.
maybe for a guy he can eat it all by himself.
Super Gluten free friendly.
Jimmy's Sushi is hands down the best sushi we've had near Anchorage. The staff was amazing and very knowledgable. I have a gluten allergy and they were able to recommend with confidence what I could and should eat.
Most of the food we had was great and the fact that they had a Gluten-free menu was also great. My issue was with the service.
The lady kept taking the Gluten-free menu away when she left. She left so much that we could hardly ask about menu items. Furthermore when we ordered an item that wasn't on the menu she didn't correct us and brought something completely different. When we sent it back because we were excited about the item she brought back a different item and told us that the she would not pay for our meal and that it was already paid for. (Which it wasn't and we didn't want that anyways. ) and we would have to pay for the food we didn't want and the stuff we wanted if she had them make it. instead of fighting it we ate the item and it was definitely immediately noticeably bad. We left a tip payed and left. My sister got food poisoning and it ruined our entire day.
Low-key mom-and-pop Thai restaurant with surprisingly outstanding and authentic flavors. Portions were generous and owners are incredibly friendly. I recommend the Pad Z Ew and Tom Yum Kung. (If you have gluten allergies you will need to be very upfront and clear about your dietary needs.)
Best tofu spring rolls in town, they always include all the herbs, and their peanut sauce is delicious. They also made easy accommodations for vegan and gluten free if you advise them of your dietary needs :)
Knowledgeable servers make it a great spot for sushi newbies, ensuring a fun and worry-free experience right from the start.

First time eating sushi.
Didn't know what to order because of gluten issues. Server was very knowledgeable and gave me some suggestions. She made sure I didn't eat anything with gluten and gave me some gluten free soy sauce. More often than not, many places don't know about gluten and are no help.
Thank you so much for making this an enjoyable first time with sushi.
Gluten free Pho! Absolutely delicious.
The menu has lots of options that are all delicious and the restaurant smells amazing! Service was pretty good, and the food came faster than expected considering how incredibly packed it was.
My only complaint would be that we were seated in the back room (only table left at the time) and even though they made an effort to paint the walls and make it nice it was pretty dark back there and it was clear that we were eating in a converted storage room. However, I’d continue to eat there even if that was the only choice of seats.
I love Simply Thai! I am a regular and here at least once a week. It's just a one woman show (most of the time) and she makes the best and most Thai food I've ever had! They do use gluten-free soy sauce, which is a plus for me. My favorite is their Ginger Chicken, which I get extra spicy, but everything on the menu is delicious. The best part of Simply Thai is that it is a drive thru!
Vibrant atmosphere with communal seating, creative desserts, and a diverse menu that appeals to all taste buds!

Great food!! I’m gluten free so I had the edamame & the steak. Our server was really nice, we were sitting at the big family-style table with other people but we didn’t mind at all. My husband had the ramen and crab sushi roll and loved them! We had the flourless cake for dessert and it was so beautifully decorated and delicious!
Experience phenomenal sushi rolls and a clean, open vibe at this standout spot, where the service and menu impress every time.

Fresh Fish, Fantastic service. Incredible menu. They are one of the only sushi restaurants who spicy tuna is gluten-free. So this opens up so much of menu. Also the entire staff is trained and knowledgeable about how to navigate gluten menu items. I was incredibly impressed. Phenomenal sushi rolls. Clean open floor plan. Loved it. We definitely will be back.
