It pains me to write this review because I do really love the vegan fried rice here (one of the few gluten free and vegetarian options on the menu) but on NUMEROUS occasions (seriously four or five times now) we have either driven to the restaurant or ordered online only to be told they can't prepare our food because their burners are occupied. I understand that this is a small business, however, it's extremely frustrating to be refused service over and over again. I'm not sure if this is only an issue with the vegan fried rice dish or not, but if that is the case you shouldn't advertise vegan/gf food on your menu that you're unable or unprepared to make on a regular basis. It makes absolutely zero sense to advertise a dish on your menu and then turn your paying customers away....but that's just my personal opinion. For this reason my family and I will sadly no longer be spending our money at this establishment because we dont wish to have our time wasted repeatedly anymore :)
A cozy spot with a welcoming vibe, serving incredibly fresh and delicious Chinese dishes that leave you feeling satisfied and happy.

We are a gluten free family and to have an authentic Chinese restaurant offer gluten free options is such a game changer! It was our first time there and the staff was extremely nice and very friendly. I’m sad we didn’t find it sooner. The staff seriously deserves a 5 stars because their service was incredible!
Quaint and bustling spot perfect for a lively night out with generous portions and a fun, chatty vibe.

Really wanted to love this place, since the decor is so fun and it’s a very relaxed vibe. Unfortunately, nearly every item we ordered was very underwhelming.
The miso was so so thick, not like a regular miso soup, but like concentrate that hadn’t been diluted properly, and it was so salty and opaque and gloopy that we only ate a spoonful each. It didn’t settle and need stirred the way that miso made with real miso paste does, but was thick and cloudy no matter how long it sat. I think my disappointment about the miso set us up for disappointment with the textures and flavors of the rest of the food.
We ordered the tuna mayo onigiri and the huge onigiri (I forgot what it’s called). The tuna onigiri had very little filling and both the filling and the rice was super dry. It just tasted like bland canned tuna and rice. The monster onigiri was better in that it had a lot of filling, although I wasn’t blown away by it. Definitely the better of the two onigiri tho.
The char siu bowl was definitely the best item we ate all night, if a little rice heavy. The flavor and texture of the meat was great!
On the other hand, the sushi was really disappointing. They didn’t have small dishes for soy sauce, so we ended up using the little plastic takeaway containers to pour the soy sauce in. Another table had taken the soy sauce bottle, so we used the gluten free soy sauce first. I have literally never tasted soy sauce that tasted the way that one did, I don’t know what was up with it. We eventually asked the other table if we could steal the regular soy sauce bottle, and that one was definitely more normal tasting, but still didn’t taste like regular soy sauce? It was truly an unexplainable flavor. The special nigiri sushi set was okay for the most part, except for the scallop which was rubbery and really tasted bad.
Overall, I wish we had gotten other dishes that might have been better. I’ve seen good reviews for the ramen and wish we’d ordered that instead of the sushi set.

The quality of the food has definitely dropped, based on my experience there last night. The egg drop soup used to be rich and flavorful, last night it was thin and bland. The lettuce wraps are now served with ridiculously small lettuce leaves that you can’t make a wrap with, and the peanut sauce tasted like salad dressing. They have also eliminated many gluten free options, a reason I used to enjoy this restaurant. I’d no longer recommend it. The waitstaff were very good, too bad the food wasn’t.
Expect a unique dining experience with great vibes, attentive service, and a commitment to customer satisfaction that ensures everyone leaves happy!

Amazing food as always, I ordered the beef and broccoli with fried rice Gluten free due to having Celiac. I had no gluten reaction and I made sure to let the lady that took my order that I had Celiac so they took extra precautions for me. The staff was very attentive and kind. Thank you!

I love Mian Sichuan. They have an excellent ramen that is gluten free and vegan. The flavor was excellent. The people are very nice. Will go back again.
I used to really enjoy this restaurant but unfortunately my past two visits have been very disappointing. The chicken was tough/chewy and overall lacking in flavor. Which makes me sad because this is the only restaurant I know of that offers gluten free Kung pao. However I will be back again for one last try before I give up on it.
A spot with a helpful manager, offering minor substitutions and an all-you-can-eat sushi option, reminding some of grandma's authentic yaki soba.

The best yaki soba I’ve had in a long time! Reminds me of my grandma’s. Authentic. They have an all you can eat sushi if you want that and they do offer gluten free soy sauce. The menu and the sushi rolls are marked for gluten free.

Came in for dinner with family. Food and service were exceptional. Our server Jamel handled himself very well. He answered all the questions with knowledge and was helpful when asked about the gluten menu.
Anyone going should ask for Jamel, because he puts the customer first.
Great time
First time visit and will be back. Had the fuku bowl without any sauce. Used the gluten free soy sauce instead. Waitstaff was super helpful and didn't even flinch when I asked for no ponzu/poke sauce so it was gluten free. My son and husband also enjoyed their food. They've been twice already. Easy parking at the Tyndall garage.
Good selection for vegans with fried tofu, edamame, avocado, oshinko, veggie and even a mango roll. Their menu is nicely labeled as well for gluten free diners. The food always comes out fast. Our main suggestion would be to get a filtration system for their water as it has a strong aftertaste.
Expect a pleasant, laid-back vibe with generous portions and staff ready to share their ingredient insights in a cozy setting.

Prompt, friendly, knowledgeable staff. Service person was very informative and helpful regarding ingredients necessary due to food allergies plus gluten free options. Not fancy but nice quiet pleasant environment. Portions were large enough that 2 out our 3 had leftovers to take home.
I just had to share what a positive vibe this lovely place has. The staff are caring. The food is awesome. If you are gluten-free, like I am, you'll be delighted that you can have fried chicken bites! Affordable too!

I really love the kimchi fried rice here. They have the best Korean food in town.
Wish they had allergen information on their menu and more allergen-free (gluten) options.
