From food, to service (Andrew), to management (Ricardo), they run this place like it is some fancy restaurant like Spago and that is beyond impressive. My mom and I went here on a lark and it made our day! To have an experience where you want for nothing, your drinks are always refilled promptly, and the food tastes amazing, you can't be disappointed.
Then, when your server (Andrew) hears you off-handedly mention that you can't eat gluten and he realizes you ordered something with gluten in it, he stops what he is doing and has it remade so you can eat, you're going to feel like a VIP.
TLDR - When you come here, ask for Andrew. He was BEYOND conscientious, kind, went above and beyond, and could willingly accommodate some dietary restrictions. If I had a restaurant I would actually woo him away from here. Good service is rare these days, and they have it in spades here!
This lively spot buzzes with amazing atmosphere and great music, creating a fun vibe that keeps energy high. The staff is helpful and accommodating, enhancing the experience for those seeking gluten-free options in a vibrant setting.

Usually, this place is packed. And for good reason. Since my wife and I can't eat gluten or dairy and I get off work late sometimes, this place is our go-to. Order when I leave work, pick up, and go. Staff is quick, kind, and sure to check the order belongs to you. Love that, love them.

If you are looking for excellent Vietnamese food you can find it at Benley. My wife and I have been here a few times. We came here with another couple a week or two ago. The four of us thoroughly enjoyed the experience. The other couple does not eat Gluten because one of them has Chron's disease. The very friendly waitress at Benley was able to provide safely handled, gluten-free, and reportedly great tasting food to both of them, while not limiting the options of those of us who do eat gluten. I highly recommend this restaurant.
This ghost kitchen offers a warehouse-style setting with an open food preparation display, creating a transparent and engaging atmosphere. Just moved to the area and this is my go-to Grubhub order when I don’t feel like cooking or going out. There’s a little place in austin I used to go to all the time that’s similar and I’d missed it so much after moving. But then I found moon bowls! I’m gluten free so I love finding tasty options - the sweet potato noodles and bbq chicken with pickled onions and broccoli are my jam. Never disappointed. I also noticed that they personally respond to every review and I think that’s a great touch. Shows they care. I guess you can’t please everyone but I’m surprised they don’t have a 5 star average with the quality of the food. I paid more because it was Grubhub - but I think it’s close to $20 before the fees. I guess it’s a little pricy… still worth it though.

Since I have celiac disease and I'm vegan, eating out can be a challenge for me, so this place was an exciting find. I love having more than one or two options on the menu. Eating with chopsticks was also a fun experience for us, the food was delicious, and the staff took it to the next level. The gentleman who served us was kind and considerate. He really made us feel at home away from home! Will definitely come back here next time we're visiting Long Beach.

Fish was fresh and food was good - everything else was sub-par and kinda ruined the experience.
Pricing was on-par with most decent sushi places ( $13-15 per fancy roll)
Pros:
- food was good quality
- they did have gluten-free options and tamari sauce (gluten free soy sauce)
- hot green tea was not overly smoky
- had a full beer and wine list (not just sake and Japanese beers), which is a nice upgrade
- on-site free parking (it's in a strip mall)
Cons:
- atmosphere sucked - too loud to hear your date (and nearly everyone was there on a date) - we ended up yelljng at each other and mishearing each other all night.
- not really any "best seats" in the house- it's one fairly small-sized room. I kept getting bumped by wait staff on their way to other tables.
- my food (1 roll) came out at least 15 min. Before my date's sashimi plate ... weird. Made for an awkward dinner

Cyclo Noodles is an oldie but goodie. Located in an unassuming strip mall, the choice of Vietnamese and Cambodian noodle soups is excellent. They also have appetizers and boba (among others) drinks. The Pho brisket is an old fave, but have had gluten free noodles here, as well as other options.
