Waitress Sin was very nice. I forgot to write my tip on the bill because they were closing so I took it over the next day. I sure hope that she got it! Food was not great tho …..had gluten free chicken with fried rice. The chicken was like small preformed chewy logs - obviously frozen.

I can only speak for their sushi and it is the best around! My wife (celiac disease) and I (gluten intolerance) eat gluten free and they always take care of us! Their fried rice is gluten free as well so that is always a nice touch. We love this place!!

Nori has become our go to sushi spot. Not only is all of the food we’ve tried absolutely delicious, but they do an amazing job with gluten intolerances. They make adjustments to rolls and the bento boxes which gives someone with a gluten intolerance so many options. Also the team that works here is absolutely amazing!

I’ve been here countless times with my family and every time it’s absolutely amazing!! I always get the chicken fried rice with a side of roti flatbread, and for appetizers our family has gotten the curry flight, shrimp and veggie tempura, egg rolls, and for a drink I always get their Thai iced tea!! Staff is always so kind and efficient!! Food is delicious and consistent every time! We have both walked in and made reservations and have never been turned down! We have celebrated many events such as family gatherings, birthdays, and just special life events here and we plan to continue to do it! Prices are great as well!!! I’m pretty sure they have options labeled for gluten free things, and I know they have options labeled for vegetarian and vegan diets!

my experience was horrible. i have celiacs disease, they made me feel like an inconvenience for being gluten free. my cook made fun of me and ended up tossing egg shell and other scraps onto my food (after already preparing all my gluten free food and starting on the non gluten free) very very unpleasant experience.

Can't say enough about their japchae & rice noodle dishes. Super easy and delicious eats for a gluten free person like myself, and it's always perfectly portioned. The iced plum tea is also so refreshing and has bits of plum at the bottom to enjoy as well. As a somewhat picky eater I have had no issues finding something yummy here, at prices cheaper (and easier to get to) than Seoul Garden.

Food was amazing! Ordered the Teriyaki Beef and the Red Curry and sautéed mushrooms. They ask all the right questions like do you want it mild or hot they have vegetarian and gluten free options food for everyone!

Oh boy where do I begin. Floor was sticky, the buffet and nearby floor was covered in food that had fallen off the bowls. There is no way this place would be safe for someone with celiac disease. The cross contamination would make people with gluten issues or allergies very sick. Ordered the fried rice with chicken it came with shrimp in it. Ordered a plain cheese quesadilla it came with peppers and onions. There was no silverware so they gave us take out plasticware. They didn't have enough servers and the ones that were there didn't really know the menu that well. Asked for the manager and it took a long time for her to come to our table. It had been a few years since we had been here. Over all it was a big disappointment. We rarely are able to go out for a sit down family dinner. Fort Wayne has some really amazing places and unfortunately Flat Top doesn't make that list.

Tried their Vietnamese French caramel iced coffee and it was so good! We also tried a strawberry lemonade and that was lovely as well. The staff was friendly and made suggestions that were helpful when ordering. We didn’t try any of the food this time but they did say they have gluten free options. There was plenty of seating and it was a very cute and welcoming atmosphere.

1/12/15 3pm-5pm Brittany was our server and she was appropriately attentive. The food was delicious and all of their staff were very kind and upbeat. Lots of smiles. They sang happy birthday to my 6 year old and the lead singer was super kind to our daughter. Our top 3 dishes were: Avocado Sushi, Seaweed Salad, and Gulf Shores signature sushi roll. They have vegan, vegetarian, and gluten free options.
