I ordered from this location and was very specific about having allergies to gluten and peanuts. I had an allergic reaction after eating the food they sent. In addition there was torn up plastic inside my sushi roll. Someone is being sloppy I'm and it is a huge problem

Really good place for BBQ. Also quite great if you are Gluten free as pretty much all of their meat marinades are Gluten free.

Although the food is great this time their attention to gluten cross contamination for a severe gluten allergy was really really bad. They forgot or got wrong most our gluten allergy relater tweaks of the order, although they double confirmed they could accommodate. At the end (since we were a party of 5) a 20% tip was automatically added although the service was not worth any tip. This is a shame as last time I was impressed with their handling of the severe gluten allergy (the reason we went back) . Seems it is not policy to be carefully with severely allergic customers, but just chance with the server you get.

Listed a gluten free menu item: salt and pepper shrimp, but it is fried in the same fryer as the regular batter. They shouldn’t be able to list that as gluten free; as we all know anyone avoiding gluten has to avoid that the same way they would avoid a shrimp battered with wheat flour. It really doesn’t make a difference those two things are equally inedible for us. Inchin’s should review all their gf menu items and just list ones that are actually clean as gf.

Great service, food, and atmosphere. A great place to go if you like ramen and/or have a cold and want something hot and healthy to eat specially winter is coming, The service was awesome and they kept checking in on us.ASK FOR JENNY SHE IS AMAZING !! And she will take care of u !! The ramen was amazing. Not too salty bc we order low sodium is a optional in the menu also u can order gluten free like YAM NOODLES 🍜 OR KALE NOODLES I had KALE NOODLES I TELL U IT WAS AMAZING 🤩 And my husband order a YAM NOODLES ! with just the right amount of spices but very flavorful. There was so much meat, noodles and vegetables in the broth, you can share or be really full and take home. You can order extra noodles for $2 if you still have broth and still hungry. The eggs is souvide just right. This is a great place for ramen, awesome service and worth the drive, otherwise there is one in downtown.

I took my friend there for her birthday dinner. The servers are sweet and were very accommodating of my gluten allergy. We had sushi and sashimi and everything was exquisite. They even brought out a little Mochi ice cream with a candle in it and sang her happy birthday.

Please stop charging extra for fresh Wasabi and Gluten free Soy Sauce. Seriously?! That is Nickel and Dime League. The ONLY Restaurant I have EVER been to that charges extra for Gluten free Soy Sauce. Lol. It doesn’t cost any more than regular Soy. Should I bring some of my own next time? And our Waiter was too embarrassed to tell us about the extra charges. I drop $200 every time we go there, at the least. That extra charge takes the Classy right out of the scenario and alone is enough to by pass Flo for awhile. Never anything close to this happens at ANY of the other Sushi places. SMH. Great Sushi, but really? Lol.

I'm kind of picky about pho, and What the Pho delivered. The broth was very flavorful with a light mouthfeel -- it tasted legit (as in, it didn't taste like it had come from a packaged concentrate). The person who took my order was very knowledgeable and confirmed that the pho was gluten free, which seems obvious but isn't the case everywhere. I definitely recommend stopping by, especially on a rainy autumn day.

Super good food. Great service. They did a great job of handling our food allergies. We had 2 people with us who will end up in the hospital from either gluten, eggs, or nuts. Eating out is always a gamble and we are happy to say that they answered all of our questions, made us feel at ease, and then actually made sure to care enough to get it right. Thanks! We'll definitely be back! Had to add in that I LOVE that they have kids plates and cups. I don't know why more places don't do this. It's not expensive and it makes my 2 year old happy and therefore us happy.

Great food, lovely service, and calm atmosphere. No contact order is available and works very well! Food looks just as pictured and is customizable (gluten free noodle options, add egg/kimchi/tempura etc). Note that the portions are very big and can easily feed 2 or even 3, so ordering 2 mains and multiple sides for two diners is quite a lot 😭 they do have takeout boxes available for the leftovers though🙏Food arrived much faster than i was expecting and it was very hot! (Note that im not an expert on japanese food so this is not a professional review lol)Again, the service was wonderful. I will come again!

Great atmosphere, kind staffs, gorgeous lightings. Very spacious. Fresh dumplings and savory noodles were amazing. Dan dan noodles are good. I am gluten sensitive and esp. cheap flour but I was ok after eating their food. Highly recommended.

We tried various kebabs - cumin lamb kebabs, squid kebabs and "gluten" kebabs. These are some amazing Chinese kebab variations. We will go back again to try out the Oyster kebabs/skewers as well. The "gluten" kebabs or grilled "Gluten" are a great option for vegetarian/vegan type skewers.

What food we got was great. I had a vegetarian ramen. They have vegan and gluten free options. Daughter had the kids' meal and husband had curry w rice. My older daughter had little vegetarian tacos and gyoza and spicy tuna rolls. We ask enjoyed our meals. However, many things we tried to order weren't available. Couldn't get the cocktail, main dish my older daughter wanted, or dessert. The little one's ramen came, but without the rest of the kids' meal. It took a long time to get seated. Then no one came to our table. Then they didn't really check in after. The food we got was good, but the service wasn't great and the menu was missing many options.
