I’m coeliac (gluten free) and vegan (a problem). So finding safe food at restaurants is usually very tumultuous and usually full of judgment from staff (which I can understand). BUT the staff were actually incredible at problem solving my predicament, they made me feel so seen and valid and they took such great care of me. A special mention to Kira who was the main staff member that helped me. She liaised between me and the kitchen staff and was so thorough with finding an alternative gluten free option. I was honestly so impressed by everything. It was a great evening and I would recommend this place to anyone that’s in the area. 10/10!!!

For all those humans who went to Country Chickens for a gluten free feed. Don’t bother anymore. The chips are no longer GF and I wouldn’t trust that much else is either. Very disappointing. The shop might look clean and tidy now but the food is no good.

This place was fantastic for people with allergies. The server was really lovely and knew the allergens relevant to us present in each ice cream (celiac, so looking for gluten free) and even went to the extra effort of grabbing a fresh scoop and grabbing ice cream from a new bucket to prevent cross contamination.
