I’m coeliac (gluten free) and vegan (a problem). So finding safe food at restaurants is usually very tumultuous and usually full of judgment from staff (which I can understand). BUT the staff were actually incredible at problem solving my predicament, they made me feel so seen and valid and they took such great care of me. A special mention to Kira who was the main staff member that helped me. She liaised between me and the kitchen staff and was so thorough with finding an alternative gluten free option. I was honestly so impressed by everything. It was a great evening and I would recommend this place to anyone that’s in the area. 10/10!!!

The best Gluten Free steak sandwich and Chai Latte in the country. Absolutely delicious. Great warm and friendly staff and Dinesh the owner is so bright and bubbly. Love this place.

For all those humans who went to Country Chickens for a gluten free feed. Don’t bother anymore. The chips are no longer GF and I wouldn’t trust that much else is either. Very disappointing. The shop might look clean and tidy now but the food is no good.
This cozy spot is perfect for breakfast and lunch, with a vibrant atmosphere, an open-air gym, and a fun summer splash pad for kids nearby.

Highly recommended breakfast and lunch place in Tamworth. The atmosphere, food, service...everything is good everything.
Freshest food and bread.
My favorite are chips, gluten free pumpkin bread made in the cafe and hashbrowns.
Ice lattes are unbeatable.
For all travelers passing through town there is summer splash pad for kids next to the cafe. The kids have a ball there.
The open air gym adds to the fun.
I keep coming back for more.

This place was fantastic for people with allergies. The server was really lovely and knew the allergens relevant to us present in each ice cream (celiac, so looking for gluten free) and even went to the extra effort of grabbing a fresh scoop and grabbing ice cream from a new bucket to prevent cross contamination. Plus the ice cream was yum :)
Coeliac people beware! It is not actually gluten free, uses the same frier, and most of the GF options use things like soy sauce. The chicken inasal was bonier than a graveyard.

Great food for lunch and dinner, you pay for it but the menu for adults and children is excellent for gluten free and other options. Don’t look for Value for money with breakfast or for a range of gluten free options. The staff are well trained, helpful and efficient. The cutlery was spotless and they have an awesome drinks range, The daughter loved the iced chocolate/chocolate milkshake.
Excellent meal and service. Vegetarian and gluten free options, Jacks Creek steaks, home made pasta and pizzas and lots of desert options. Great for medium sized groups as well as a couple's dinner.
Amazing patrons and the food is to die for. Have gluten free dishes and they do ask clients to voice out any allergies. My picture doesn’t do justice for their presentation

Delicious! Most of the menu is gluten free. I had the chicken satay with rice. Made fresh. Good size serve. $12. Extra chilli, garlic, shallots, peanuts at the counter to help yourself to.

Phenomenal atmosphere. Centrally located in town with ample on-street parking. Gorgeous elegant and tasteful interiors, with a real jazz bar/burlesque/cabaret/speak easy/illegal alcohol serving den feel to it. Ample top quality gin and whiskeys. Staff are lovely, detail oriented and attentive. They do their own house made beef jerky and serve gluten free crackers with their elaborate cheese/grazing boards (c. $40 for two people)! Win! Love this place, don't miss it! Highly recommend.
This place is such a great little find. Super quirky, chai tent, Byron, Bali vibe, with a surprisingly spacious outdoor terrace area. Perfect for the kids, they have an entire play room area, with lounges, toys, games, bean bags. They cater to both vegan and gluten free folks, with gf potato rosti's, sweet potato, vegan coconut yoghurt in addition to the typical sandwiches, salads wraps and burger options. Very reasonable priced. Serving lovely Byron coffee. To top it all off the staff are lovely, especially the very attentive and efficient man with the baseball cap. Recommend!
Always a bonus when you can find a lovely character rich cafe but to have gluten-free options, friendly staff and delicious food as well, just makes this a place to frequent.
