This is my first time going to Augellos, and I have to say they did not disappoint. For someone like me who has allergies, there's a little uncertainty about going to a new restaurant. When I asked the waiter, who turned out to be the manager. His reaction was no problems at all; just tell me what you can and can't have, and we'll make it happen. Sigh of relief. I also saw on the menu they cater for people who are Gluten-free, vegetarian or vegan. They also do takeaway. They were fully booked, and they have a kitchen you can see into, which is always pretty cool to see. One thing I noticed is that the staff were not rushed or overwhelmed. The restaurant had a great atmosphere. Our meals didn't take forever to come out, and they were sensational. I will definitely recommend booking ahead. It's no wonder they are one of the longest-standing restaurants in Mooloolaba.

A pre-booked table not ready when we arrived. All good we were seated a few minutes later. The wait staff seemed distracted and distraught when I advised that our group was not having the set menu. Wait staff seemed to think this was a given. Only 1 drinks menu available for the table we asked several times. Ordered wine took 45 minutes to have that delivered. Others on the table had their mains sides delivered prior to entree. One of our group is coeliac and ordered a GF free option which was delivered with bread on the plate! Noisey atmosphere staff were overrun. We were not asked about the bill payment for our large group and we had to rock up 1 x 1 and relay what each person/couple were paying for. Very weird. The food when it finally arrived (mine anyway) was hot fresh and tasty. Other group members complained about a serving size of a lamb shoulder. Limited wine list and average quality with above average pricing. It’s a big no from myself and others in our group. The wait staff were friendly enough but just not focused or way too distracted. I will not be returning an extremely expensive and disappointing night all round and sad as it was a ‘celebration’ for 2 of our group. I was embarrassed that I suggested this place & the interstate visitors were not impressed.

Montezumas at Mooloolaba is well established and offers a great menu as well as an extensive drinks list. We easily booked on line for 6pm and requested a booth for 5 of us. There was plenty of room for 6. They also offered tables both inside and out under the covered deck - at the entrance.) I’m glad that we booked at lunch time that day, as we may have missed out on a booth if we hadn’t. The service was outstanding and the restaurant is well decorated with the Mexican theme. The team were well presented, fun, professional, helpful, friendly and kind. The young lady that served us was very impressive with her approach. The menu offers a wide choice of delightful and flavoursome Mexican dishes. We enjoyed dips to share and a main each as well as several jugs of sangria. All were delicious and we came away very full. They catered well for my dairy free and gluten free diet. Montezuma’s Mooloolaba is my favourite Montezumas restaurant. It is well run, is in a fabulous location and offers a brilliant level of service.

Portions are pretty small for the price, chips are like McDonald's chips that have been left out for an hour. None of the food was marked so we weren't sure what was what, and the sticky pork was like a mouthful of oil. The gluten-free calamari was okay for gluten-free but nothing to write home about.

Pizzas were the worst we’ve ever had. So so salty felt like they’d been dipped in the ocean before being served. We ordered 4, one which was gluten free and it was beyond terrible. My friend got her money back as her crusts were clearly burnt and instead of making a new base — they just completely cut off the crusts hoping we wouldn’t notice.

Me and my partner got the $55pp banquet and we were honestly so full we unfortunately couldn’t finish all of the food. HIGHLY recommend. The food was exceptional as well as the staff. The mocktail was 10/10 as well! All of the banquet except for the spring rolls are Gluten Free. If we were locals we would be here every week!!

We loved the 7 course degustation dinner along with the wine pairing. The flavours on plate were wonderful, the wine fantastically paired with each serving. The atmosphere was also fantastic. P..S - the team were also able to cater for me as a coeliac with no bother at all.

Massive serves of food and a huge variety of dishes. Was also able to order gluten free for one family member. We came for karaoke Sunday and it didn't disappoint. Such a fun crowd and we didn't realise it was midnight we were having such a laugh. Will definitely be booking in for Irish night on Thursday. Lovely staff and great comfort food.

We have been a number a times, thought they were having a bad day for food but again today waited over 45mins for food and had entrees and kid's meal come out the same time. The manager just wanted to argue with us about a dissatisfied meal and wait time. Meals weren't the best today and gluten free options available except chips and pizza. Won't be going back again.

Decent portion sizes, tasted nice, went for both a crumbed and a naked chicken wrap. Not too many GF options, and definitely not the best too. Paid $31 for 2 wraps.. On our naked gluten free wrap, it was written honey soy, which we didn't ask for, and staff told it's just written wrong. No allergic reaction so assuming it was just incorrectly written.

Very accommodating and friendly, we were so grateful we were able to get a table on New Year’s Eve without a reservation. They have a wide range of gluten free options. My son had the brisket burger and said it was the best burger he has ever had! I normally don’t like trying new beers but the storm lager they had on tap was excellent. Perfect place for us to celebrate 2024 and welcome in the new year! Thank you for your hospitality.

Being coeliac this place was torture. Everything looked amazing including the dog biscuits and dog donuts. Then I spotted a solitary jar on top of the counter labelled "door stops GF". Staff described them to be like a cross between a donut and a scone. OMG! It was soft, moist, fluffy and every bite was heaven. Coffee was good too.

Sooooo many flavours and choices. The girls are big on ensuring that ingredients for allergies are carefully checked. I picked up two flavours of the soft serve that are gluten free and dairy free - coconut and black Hawaiian. They were both delicious. They also serve a wide choice of gelato and sorbet from the front area. The ladies are happy to provide taste testing to help your choice. There was plenty of seating inside and out. Great service, delicious flavours and a fantastic location in Mooloolaba.

The reviews are correct this place is amazing. My coeliac wife ordered a large pizza gluten free. No issues and Sensational. Mooloolaba’s hidden secret. Ps Google maps has it in Burnett St but it’s in River Esplanade just about opposite Parkyn Parade.

My family and I always have an enjoyable meal at Craft, breakfast lunch and dinner. We always have a meal here whenever we are up here from Brisbane and have been doing so for 6 years. My family have gluten free meals and there are always plenty of quality options. Highly Recommended.

Just spent the full day at Tank bathhouse. Wow. We were so impressed. It started with a beautiful champagne cruise along the canal. Jess our host was so lovely. We couldn't fault a thing. Then headed back and had the most AMAZING degustation meal. This was entirely gluten and dairy free. So much thought and effort had gone into the food I was almost overwhelmed by the tastes of each dish. We then spent an HR and a half in the magnesium pool. These ranged from the cold plunge to a very hot bath temperature. So relaxing. They even serve you cocktails to your pool/spa side! We then had an HR long massage. These were heaven. I didn't want to leave. The staff . 5 star Food 5 star Cruise 5 star All up 5 star. This place is a hidden gem.

Had breakfast here on a busy saturday morning but didn’t have to wait as they have plenty of seating. Staff are friendly and efficient. We had their smashed avo and the brekkie burger was divine 👌 Amazing gluten free options. Coffee hit the spot too. A must try if you are in the area.

Very rude staff! I asked for one of their gluten free cakes, as I have celiac disease. They packaged my cake with my husband's, and the young girl rolled her eyes when my husband asked if they can be in separate boxes due to the severity of my celiac disease.

Absolutely fabulous coffee with friendly and helpful service. There were also a number of gluten free and dairy free treats available. There is a good mix of inside and outside tables (in the shade). Inside has aircon and fans. We lived sitting at the high tables inside. Cold water and cold glasses are located in the fridge. They use Rewardle as their frequent sippers reward program.
