Went here for a brunch meal, it was very busy so be prepared to come back later when it quietens down. We had the pancakes and Waffles and everything is gluten free and so delicious! Highly recommend
A must-visit gem with an incredible selection of pastries and cakes, but be ready for a hot dining area and to arrive early for the best picks!

Good place for breakfast or snack. The staff is very friendly, especially considering that we don't speak a single word of Portuguese. They have variety all 100% gluten free. There were four pastas that we ordered, 10. They also make bimbo type bread if you have to make sandwiches.
With a cozy vibe and a unique array of delicious, healthy options, this spot is a favorite for those seeking tasty alternatives and a great experience.
A must-visit spot for anyone who loves expertly crafted pastries; the variety and quality will leave you craving more.

The entire menu is gluten-free.
To eat sweet or savory and take cakes or bread home.
A little pricey and you have to wait a while since you order, but a place in this beautiful city where you can eat with your family being celiac is greatly appreciated.
Discover a unique pastry haven offering innovative treats and festive cakes, perfect for celebrating without compromising on taste.

Great for ordering and picking up.
Lots of people on Saturday mornings. There's even a long line.
Very good bread, cakes and savory snacks but... There are no cheap items, only gluten and lactose free.
A vibrant spot with a pink interior, offering a delightful array of healthy treats and a welcoming atmosphere, perfect for a sweet escape.

Decent offering of gluten & sugar free desserts, with the option of being lactose free and vegan. The outlet mainly create larger cakes and offer frozen food for sale🎂
Dining in is possible, with very limited seating available only outdoor. Indoor seating is somewhat used as an office and seminar room for cake and pastry workshop.
Taste for both Lasagna and apple tart are decent in taste. Coffee ☕️ (decaf) was average.
Wifi is available. Service is attentive. Portuguese command is highly advantageous for a smooth experience, as the staffs speaks close to zero English.
Charming and tucked away, this spot offers authentic Italian vibes with pasta served straight from the pan, ensuring a delightful experience.

Honestly couldn’t understand how this place has such great reviews.
We came in at 9pm, and were told the kitchen closes at 9:30pm. We said that’s easy and that we’re just after 2 serves of gluten free pasta. We were ready to order at 9:05pm with closed menus . They took our order at 9:11. We ordered gf pesto burrata and gf frutti de mare and 2 glasses of white wine. We asked what the gf pasta was and they said linguine. Perfect.
They said gluten free takes 20 mins.
That’s okay with us.
The wine was horrible.
My partner ordered a glass of red which was equally as bad.
The food came out at 9:35.
The pasta was penne not linguine.
The burrata pesto pasta was luke warm at best.
The seafood was grittier that straight up sand.
At 9:50 they told the table next to us that they’re closing in 5 minutes. To hurry them up as they still had lots of food. Probably cause it was hard to eat.
We walked away paying full price at this point with most of our food and wine in the table. Not a pleasant experience. Walked to another smaller authentic Italian pasta place with 12 seats. There we received the 5 star food and service we were after. There’s better places in Cascais. Maybe we got them at the end of a bad night but that was our experience.
An extraordinary bakery with a unique vibe, offering heart-filled creations and a variety of options that cater to diverse tastes and preferences.

This is my favorite bakery in Tavira. Not only are they young and enthusiastic, but they are not afraid to try new concepts and offer a variety that no one else has in Tavira. They are warm and welcoming and offer a variety of baked breads but also gluten and vegetarian options as well! You can also special order cakes:). It’s small but very quaint and has such a fun traditional vibe. It’s a must visit while in Tavira.

This is a good all round shop, it is over two floors and a good sending off homewares and food. We were looking for gluten free food, they do have a section for this type of food but it is restrictive and pricey, it is as if no ones realises the need for this food even though in this part of the world there are a higher percentage of coeliacs than other parts of Europe due to the African influence over the centuries.
Good try and thank you for trying but we need you to do better. Spain labels up a lot of food with the no wheat icon, maybe you could introduce this with your suppliers, some of your sweets are labeled well.

Excelente experience! We were today at the bakery and had the pleasure to meet Sr. Rui and his wife, lovely people and they took the time to explain to us everything about their organic products and how they bake their goods. Everything gluten-free/diary free/vegan and organic . We bought bread, egg croissants, tuna pastries, blueberry yogurt and vegan “croquettes” everything delicious! Certainly it’s a place to visit whenever we come to Portugal (S. João da Madeira)! Highly recommend! A place to go if you have any food intolerance!
