Good place for breakfast or snack. The staff is very friendly, especially considering that we don't speak a single word of Portuguese. They have variety all 100% gluten free. There were four pastas that we ordered, 10. They also make bimbo type bread if you have to make sandwiches.
With a cozy vibe and a unique array of delicious, healthy options, this spot is a favorite for those seeking tasty alternatives and a great experience.
A vibrant spot with a pink interior, offering a delightful array of healthy treats and a welcoming atmosphere, perfect for a sweet escape.

Decent offering of gluten & sugar free desserts, with the option of being lactose free and vegan. The outlet mainly create larger cakes and offer frozen food for sale🎂
Dining in is possible, with very limited seating available only outdoor. Indoor seating is somewhat used as an office and seminar room for cake and pastry workshop.
Taste for both Lasagna and apple tart are decent in taste. Coffee ☕️ (decaf) was average.
Wifi is available. Service is attentive. Portuguese command is highly advantageous for a smooth experience, as the staffs speaks close to zero English.
Charming and tucked away, this spot offers authentic Italian vibes with pasta served straight from the pan, ensuring a delightful experience.

Honestly couldn’t understand how this place has such great reviews.
We came in at 9pm, and were told the kitchen closes at 9:30pm. We said that’s easy and that we’re just after 2 serves of gluten free pasta. We were ready to order at 9:05pm with closed menus . They took our order at 9:11. We ordered gf pesto burrata and gf frutti de mare and 2 glasses of white wine. We asked what the gf pasta was and they said linguine. Perfect.
They said gluten free takes 20 mins.
That’s okay with us.
The wine was horrible.
My partner ordered a glass of red which was equally as bad.
The food came out at 9:35.
The pasta was penne not linguine.
The burrata pesto pasta was luke warm at best.
The seafood was grittier that straight up sand.
At 9:50 they told the table next to us that they’re closing in 5 minutes. To hurry them up as they still had lots of food. Probably cause it was hard to eat.
We walked away paying full price at this point with most of our food and wine in the table. Not a pleasant experience. Walked to another smaller authentic Italian pasta place with 12 seats. There we received the 5 star food and service we were after. There’s better places in Cascais. Maybe we got them at the end of a bad night but that was our experience.
