My stepdaughter has Celiacs, and finding really good, fresh, gluten free baked goods....there are not a lot out there. We'll, Mars is amazing. We ordered burger buns and my stepdaughter said they were the best, so soft and fresh, and was amazed they were gluten free. The owner was also very accommodating in fulfilling my order on short notice, and was so pleasant to deal with. I highly recommend this bakery, and whole heartedly say Thank You!

This is such a great location! The atmosphere is bright, warmly decorated, and welcoming! The owner is incredibly thoughtful and patient! Answering any questions and providing samples of the pastries! The pastries are amazing! We had the coffee cake, pumpkin spice muffin, snickerdoodle cookies, sour dough fresh from the oven, and a banana muffin! My pumpkin spice latte with oat milk was also delicious! They do not have any dairy free, vegan, or gluten free options but maybe this is something for them to consider in the future.
