Are you in search of a delectable cupcake? Or perhaps a scrumptious cake? If you're considering something vegan or gluten-free, look no further than Sweet Arleen’s, a charming little bakery in Westlake Village. Don’t miss the chance to indulge in their exciting array of desserts!
Kiosks replace counter orders here, plus some favorite flavors are gone, but the banana cupcake still shines on a quiet visit.

I have not been to Sprinkles in years. I was surprised at some changes. First off, they no longer serve ice cream. My daughter loved getting ice cream with her cupcake. Second, they no longer physically take your order at the counter. You have to now order thru a kiosk. I'm wondering on busy weekends how effective this is. It takes some time to browse flavors and read thru their seasonal selections. I am imagining that this could slow down a line of people waiting that know exactly what they want. The woman grabbing our cupcakes was very friendly. She answered our questions but on a rainy Tuesday morning, we were the only customers there. Sad to see dark chocolate banana no longer a flavor but I will settle for their current banana cupcake. Looking for gluten free and sugar free? They offer both in their red velvet cupcake.

I enjoy this place! Been meaning to leave a positive review for them and now that I have some time on my hands due to all this craziness is the world I will! Their cakes always deliver. Moist and yummy with many flavors to choose from. Even the gluten free flavor is delicious and one of my favorites.
I've been to Panera a number of times over the years and always enjoy their freshly made soups, salads, and breads but this particular location has always been my favorite. Their fully stocked bakery items are a visual panacea that draws you in and makes you want to forget that 'you don't eat gluten' and lures you to come closer if only just to inhale the aroma. I resist and order a bowl of creamy cheddar broccoli soup and a cup of blood orange lemonade of which I devoured every spoonful. Great casual place to have lunch with friends no matter what your eating habits are.
