As someone who has a gluten allergy there is very little locations in Bowling Green that not only have several options but you feel safe in terms of no cross contamination, this bakery is that saving grace. The food is absolutely delicious, good size portions, friendly staff, and even better service. Will be going back every chance I get and fully intend on recommending it to everyone I can. Highly recommend the pizza toastie! The bread texture was amazing and it was so yummy

This place has delicious donuts AND chicken salad. I’m so glad we have this option here. You can get gluten free donuts on certain days of the week, too!

Best tasting cupcake ever! Happy to see they also have gluten free,sugar free, variety as well. Cashier patience while we chose was very refreshing. Will be back.

4.5 stars 4 stars 2nd visit: Tried a few samples of chicken salads offered with each being very different. Landed on a plain chicken salad sandwich with their housemade bread. Separately each was good but bread overpowered the chicken salad. 5 stars 1st visit: Popped into 30 Bird on the Square to see what offerings they had being a new establishment. Healthy and dietary options abound from soups and salads for lunch and dinner to Pre-made items in the refrigerators to packaged goods in the back with fresh baked goods for breakfast. I opted to try the gluten, vegan, and dairy free Bliss Bars as an intro to this super healthy world, and wow, did I gobble those things up! The staff and owner were all super nice, and on the strength of my first try, I will be back to try more! Remember, cash is king...

Large selection and well stocked, and was clean except no sanitized wipes for the carts. I was pleased to see a Gluten-free section.
