Bywater Bakery made an absolutely delicious cake for our wedding, lovely, soft and moist. The chantilly cream is to die for. The tasting was lots of fun, we got to mix and match cakes and icings. They also did a great job of accommodating our and our guests’ allergies and providing vegan and gluten free cupcakes so that none of our guests felt left out.

I have a new bakery crush. The chocolate and Satsuma cream croissants brought me to my knees; so perfect in flavor and texture. The espresso latte was immaculate; every swallow a balanced and buttery mouthfeel. Bakehouse makes me forget about all those other bakeries I had been flirting with. I am fantasizing about my next visit; my breath steaming-up the pastry case, skin flushed and heart racing over which to choose next… I have my eyes on that long rod of sexy gluten called The Muffuletta Breadstick. Ayu! Ayu! Ayu! The service was stellar. Beautiful experience. Overwhelming satisfaction. P.S. Muffins would be a lovely addition to the menagerie of the patisserie.

This is a great location. It's a good place to study, as it is quiet and laid-back. The staff is friendly. There are more snack options as well, and gluten free ones, at that. The coffee and tea is always good at PJ's, and this location is no exception. Having tried other coffees, including coffee in Seattle and some of the bigger chains (who shall remain nameless), PJ's rivals any of those that I've tried.
