The lattes are affordable and always delicious. They’ve got matcha lattes too. I always get the mocha and a gluten-free muffin, for less than what one drink would cost at some places! Chill environment, wifi, friendly service. They have a big cooler of ready-made lunch foods too. Love Koko 🧡
Cozy bakery with gluten-free treats like blackberry lemon tea and blueberry scone in a nostalgic, welcoming setting.

staff, owners, all very attentive and personable.
personally I’d like to see a few more gluten free bread options, which is what many of us relied upon from Wild Leaven (whole rye, whole spelt, millet, etc)
Now that Wild Leaven is gone, I would say that Bread Club, while not filling that particular gap, is certainly one of the most conscious bakeries Taos now.
This charming shop offers a warm, welcoming atmosphere with a sweet, mellow vibe perfect for gluten-free enthusiasts. The owner provides carefully crafted gluten-free treats like peanut butter cookies and rice crispy treats, making it a tucked away gem for those seeking safe, delicious options.

Holli is a pleasure to meet and her shop smells so good! She even had gluten free cookies for me. I’m going to love her everything seasoning (that comes in the cute little jar) on so many things. Salty caramels are delish! Next time I’ll get her dog treats. 🐶
Make sure you stop in when you’re in Taos. 🍬💗
This bustling eatery offers a warm, old-school country vibe with a lively breakfast crowd and attentive, prompt service. However, gluten-free diners will find limited options and some menu items contain flour, making it less ideal for strict gluten-free needs.

The HEALTH FOOD is a fun way to start the day with some pinon coffee and the famous apple fritters (the best I literally have ever had in any town, state, or country!) But get there early, all bakery items sell out each day.
My wife and kids usually get the smothered hashbrowns or the stuffed sopapillas- we usually get Christmas (half red/ half green sauce) and my veggie people always get the vegetarian sauce (which does have gluten fyi).
There is no better Authentic New Mexican food spot I've ever had and lived years in parts of New Mexico.
