I have a gluten allergy and ordered GF cupcakes. The gluten free cupcakes were very dry but good. I’ve had my share of gf cakes and I think Bredenbeck’s could use a tiny bit more work on trying to make their gf cakes as moist as their cakes that are not gf. Overall great experience.

What an array of baked goods, not to compete with Beiler's Doughnuts just across the aisle that serves only doughnuts. In the Reading Terminal Market, Beiler's Bakery is heaven for this who love baked goods and I was totally blown away by the selection of 8 gluten free items. I grabbed 4 of the gluten free items including Whoopie pies, sand tarts, peanut butter treats, and pumpkin rolls to Take home. Of course I sampled just a bit of each one and they were delicious! Sand tarts was a new treat for me and the gluten free version was a bonus!
We also chose a raspberry bread, and standard cinnamon rolls. And we also took a home made shoo fly pie, traditional Amish recipe. Delicious baked goods
