Fully vegan and gluten free. Everything was truly very good. One of our favorite plant-based joints yet. Convenient parking and access. Chill atmosphere. Not busy at all for 9am on a Sunday. Also great coffee and tea place right by it as well. Perfect stop for my family w/ 2 kids passing through town.

Came here with my daughter on a day off school and the vibe was 10/10 and the bagel was even better!! I am celiac and got a gluten free bagel sandwich and cinnamon rolls and they were soooo good!! We will be back!

If I could rate 0 stars I would. I have been slowly growing more and more frustrated with Hello Sugar, and have visited for the last time. They advertise gluten free donuts on the weekends, but I have returned about 4 times on the weekend and they are “out of” the gluten free donuts before noon. Then most recently I tried to visit at 6:30pm as their hours on maps, google, and on their website, show they close at 7pm. They were closed when I visited at 6:30pm. I gave them one final shot the next day. We waited at least 10 minutes to ask if they had gluten free donuts. They were sold out of course. They had also done away with the option to do 6 donuts, leaving the minimum option as 12. And finally, the straw that broke the camels back. They added a 3% processing fee for all card transactions. This is something restaurants can right off in their taxes. So when they do this, it’s just another fee they are pocketing. Okay end of rant, I will not be returning.

Absolutely amazing. Came in once at the last minute for a large order to surprise our council members for the first meeting of the school year and they were so nice and accommodating even though I was just getting $140 in cupcakes as a walk in. Not only that but they packaged everything beautifully in short order AND they had a large selection of gluten free treats to make sure that our gluten free group was included in the surprise. (I think I got 8 gluten free cookies that were huge & very pretty and maybe 4 dozen cupcakes) Everyone was super impressed and loved the treats. They are closed Sundays though so plan ahead. I walk by here every day and it always looks/smells amazing. It's my favorite place for treats to gift.

I love Nothing Bundt Cakes not only because of their delicious Gluten Free options but mainly because of Kaylee. She is such a welcoming breath of fresh air. Kaylee makes my day with her vivacious positive attitude and she's always so friendly, attentive and genuinely caring. She is an absolute sweetheart.

I was so surprised by this place! Wow! I can't believe this place has been tucked away this entire time and they have a ton of amazing gluten-free options and selections, and all house made! Their food is very authentic, VERY flavorful, and their portions are very decent! And the atmosphere is so warm and inviting! The service was, also. Every was perfect! My gluten-free pizza and spaghetti were both amazing, too. And they have very good creme brulee, which is my favorite. I can't say enough good things. I never would have found this place if I hadn't gone next door for a tattoo, but I'm so glad I did. I will definitely go back soon and I highly recommend it!

I haven't been here much since the pandemic and work from home thing all started as well as the new ownership, but that was obviously a mistake on my part because the coffee and baked goods are even better than I remember. The gluten free stuff is so dang good. The GF blueberry scone is to die for. Everyone can find something yummy to eat here! Their patio is super cute and the atmosphere is cozy and relaxed.

I got a gluten free vegan cupcake yesterday and it tasted so delicious and so much like the real deal that I wouldn't have even known it wasn't made with wheat, eggs, or dairy. It was very moist, and the texture didn't feel different or weird. The frosting tasted like a legit buttercream and was amazing! I told my husband he has to order my birthday cake from here... it was that good! Not only was it the best GF/DF cupcake I've ever had, but may be one of the best cupcakes I've had ever.

Best bakery. They have gluten free every day. Meats are pretty good as well. Reasonable pricing. Update: went for bar b que meats today. Damn, way better than what we've been getting lately elsewhere. Chicken legs were seasoned awesome to just put on the grill. Must have been a meat sale as well that day. Paid about half after the member savings. Sirloins we're on sale too, haven't tried them yet but they look lean!

Hard to get gluten free pies been trying for months finally I go there and they can't take cash because someone stole their box now I don't feel safe even bringing my credit card there such a shame guess I'll never try their gluten free pies sad this is how I feel never got to try their food

Lovely bakery (parking is miserable)...but display case is full of delectable and gluten free treats. Had the caprese sandwich, got four cake pops, and a macaron. But that cheesecake looks define.

One of my favorite coffee shops in Spokane. Reasonably priced but good coffee. Some good food options, including some gluten free options like their chicken enchilada plate. Gets quite busy so early mornings are best.

Chaps gets a 5/5 for summertime atmosphere- their patio is really pretty and has lots of shade options. Their staff is friendly and efficient. The only down side is, if you’re a gluten free person, this place is surprisingly not very inclusive. I saw zero gluten free pastry options. They didn’t even have gluten free toast. A little disappointing since almost every other restaurant has at least a few options for dietary restriction like gluten issues.

First time visit here. Huge variety of fresh delicious baked goods n teas, juice, coffees-- hard decision to decide among Cookies, brownies, and organic bars. Sugar-free, gluten-free baked goods offered too. Most delicious oatmeal n peanutbutter cookies i took to meeting. Excellent polite service

The caterers at Fresh Today are fabulous! They accommodated us at short notice for my father’s 100th birthday. We ordered antipasto, salad, focaccia bread, spaghetti with marina, linguini carbonara, chicken Parmesan, eggplant Parmesan, mini raspberry cheesecakes, and black and white cookies with ‘100’ written on them. Not only was it all delicious, they also made some gluten-free servings of everything for family members who have Celiac’s disease, who really enjoyed being able to eat at a party for once. Everything was packed well for pick up and easy to set up and serve. The quantities were generous. I’d recommend them to anyone!

I love Safeway only time I was disappointed was when an employee named blue was fired he knew the store like I wouldn't believe people2&I was told they were threatened by him cause he was so different .That's what makes us strong& beautiful tho of value.But I get the same treatment2 they label me so many things but it's because I've lived seen more felt more endured&survived fought&never feared .always knew just because theyres not many like me doesnt make me any less of value if anything more.I understand&c the value of work of beauty&people in a stronger more vivid way.especially potential. Safeway has alot that is great about the store but mostly I think the way it's organized the management& buyers&prices&product..they ra smart company so smart they have a line of claires gifts4girls pricy but a smart move&alot of moms r loving it.o &I'm impressed with the flower the birthday options pet section..gluten free. And amazing cafe and good cooked food to go.. they stay up on inventory better than walmart by far. Food wise. The employees all are very kind and professional. And are helpful alot of stores ignore u or u can't find help never the case at my local Safeway.

First time having frozen yogurt and it was very good. What I really appreciated was they had the different flavors labeled for food sensitivities such as if it was dairy free ,gluten free, etc. Also, it's only 34 degrees today but the place was nice and warm which made it enjoyable for eating this treat. Fun atmosphere bright and cheery.

The Safeway at 29th and Southeast in Spokane is a pretty reliably well-stocked and clean grocery store with many organic, gluten-free and non-dairy products available which is important to me. My only reservation about whether to give 5 stars is that they often have very few checkers on duty which can slow down the checkout process, especially if buying produce, which isn't always easy to check out at the "self-checkout" area. All in all, I'm happy to have this store close by and use it often.
