I had the pleasure of trying the Thanksgiving pies from Pasteles Finos del Ángel, they were absolutely amazing! They had vegan & gluten-free pies, it can be hard to find high-quality options, but this bakery delivered perfection 🙌🏼. They offered a great selection of seasonal pies, including pumpkin, ube ☀️, sweet potato, and classic apple pie—all made with top-notch ingredients. The pies sold out fast (no surprise, given the quality), so I highly recommend ordering early. On top of the delicious treats, the owner was incredibly gracious, welcoming, and patient—a true delight to interact with. This bakery is a gem in Tacoma, and I can’t wait to try more of their creations in the future. Highly recommend it to anyone looking for unique and high-quality vegan/gluten-free desserts!

I LOVE THIS grocery store so much! Every time that I drive up the I-5 corridor for work I make a point to stop there for lunch. If you are a chef, foodie, or top chef fan you are going to like this place. It’s like DISNEYLAND for your senses. As someone who eats gluten and dairy free, I have a plethora of options. My go-to’s are: * Salad bar (so many unique flavors) * The soup bar * The gluten free dessert section * Produce (it’s like candy for your eyes 😳) * The random sale items on delicous goods If you’re not gluten and dairy free get the single serve mango cake. It has whipped mango mousse, fresh mango pieces, and the yellow sponge is so moist!

I ordered desserts from Spilled Butter for both my birthday and my wedding and I can say both were some of the best decisions I've made. All of her baked goods are irresistible. I picked out more than enough desserts for the people attending, and even then, took only the tiniest bit of leftovers home. No one could stop eating the desserts. Even the gluten free ones were cleared out! She's professional, kind, and makes the best desserts. I'd highly recommend her for any and all events you might need food!

I wish I could give Dessert Therapy ALL the stars in the universe!! Such a godsent as someone with a terrible gluten intolerance. The donuts were warm and DELICIOUS. Cookies had the perfect amount of salt in them. PLEASE try them!

I was with a gluten-free companion, so we were looking for a restaurant with GF options. Since TCF has such an extensive menu, there were several to choose from or configure. My companion greatly appreciated the fact that the French fries were GF - evidently, that is not so common.

This place has some amazing treats and the customer service is amazing as well. :) I ordered cupcakes for my twin's birthday party and everyone loved them, especially the strawberry shortcake cupcake, which is my favorite too. It's a must try! My oldest daughter is super picky but absolutely LOVES the chocolate cupcake! We had a child at the party that couldn't have gluten or dairy and they were able to make a really great cupcake for that child as well. When I picked up the cupcakes for the party, the owner's son helped me carry the order to the car. I forgot his name but he's super sweet and I really appreciated his help! Every time we drive by the store, my twins shout, "Love by the slice" and talk about how good the cupcakes are. In addition to cupcakes, they have many other great treats as well. The other day I tried some strawberry cobbler and oh my gosh, so very YUMMY!!! We're so lucky to have this great bakery in our neighborhood. Myself and my girls look forward to stopping by and trying many more wonderful treats.

If you don't mind bagging your own groceries, they have excellent produce, great prices, and friendly staff. Love the bulk foods especially the granola, Bob's Red Mill gluten free flour - BEST price around! Well stocked - they are hardly ever out of anything I buy. I've been shopping here for 8 years and I can probably count on one hand they haven't had something I wanted. But go during the day. Seriously. Sketchy at night, though I was glad to see a security car parked in front this last time I had to go late. Shop during the day and get the best quality and deals around!

This Safeway has such a large selection of Asian specialties & delicacies. Also they usually have available the most current gluten-free food items.

This is, for us, the store where "cheap chicken Mondays," then later on "the wing bar," started and it's always our preferred place to get them. Nice clean bathroom. Plastic bag recycle station. Excellent sports gear area. Not a huge organic produce section, but a lot of gluten-free items throughout the store.
