The food here was excellent and served by friendly staff who wee delightful and very professional. The pub itself is charming and surrounded by great countryside. The Gluten Free range was very impressive for a small establishment and as a very sensitive Coeliac I can confirm it was indeed gluten free. Will certainly be returning.

Had an amazing gluten free chicken burger in really nice bun with chips and coleslaw. I have to say the staff were really very understanding and no question or concern was too much. I really appreciate their willingness to answer any question. Service food drinks ambience can’t complain. They even brought a new mayo unopened so no risk of contamination. Thank you!!!

Had a lovely meal here with a large group of friends. It's a great menu with plenty of choice, I often struggle because I am gluten-free. I had the Venison Bourguignon but I could even have had many of the others including fish and chips, which is very unusual. Our party all agreed the food was excellent. The staff were friendly, charming and helpful - Briony was a stand-out! Will definitely be back.

Exactly as you’d expect. Perfectly good good, great price and very tasty. Nice staff. Excellent choices of meats and great roast potatoes! The lengthy disclaimer process for the coeliac member of our party was a tad OTT but that’s not on the local staff who were great.
