A few gluten free options (knowledgeable server). I have celiac so I did not get the fries as they are in a shared frier. The fish tacos were pretty good!
Known for its consistent service and a great vibe, this spot is a must-visit, but be sure to make a reservation ahead of time!

Before I start, DO NOT go to NUI ITALIANA restaurant in Hilton, go check my review there for reasons why not.
I give this place (Mac Grill) a 5 star, here's my reasons why
- we went there twice and the service was impeccable both times
- this is the same franchise you find across mainland USA
- they were easily able to cater to my gluten free needs
- the food tasted great.
Nothing not to like.
Some notes for vuetomers:
Try and go early, they are really short staffed and can't always accommodate based on their hours of operations. You can't blame them if people don't show up to work, this is the new norm.
The best thing to do is make a reservation.
If you're not going to show up for the reservation, cancel it so other patrons can have an opportunity to eat a great meal.
Wouldn't change a thing about this place.
And again don't go to the Italian restaurant in Hilton, over priced, rude and the food wasn't even as good. See my review on that restaurant.
Experience a vibrant atmosphere with stunning sunset views, where each dish bursts with freshness and creativity, making for a memorable dining night.

Our family of four enjoyed a sunset meal at this wonderful restaurant. We made reservations on a Wednesday evening. The atmosphere was intentional with a nice mix of energy and sophistication. Our server, Braxton, provided thoughtful service being attentive to the gluten sensitivity. We chose the Mixed Grill, Blackened Ahi, Miso Butterfish and Opakapaka. The food was well prepared, plates visually appealing and portions were satisfying. The signature dishes held up to their fame. Pricing set the stage for a celebratory dinner. Certainly, would return when in the area again.
Experience a casual yet elegant beach vibe with stunning ocean views and fresh, locally sourced ingredients ideal for a memorable outing.

**Food Poisoning** We were so looking forward to dining here, it was the final meal of our incredible vacation. The location is gorgeous and our server was attentive. I was disappointed that only a couple dishes could be made gluten free for me and both my husband and son felt that the 3 small pieces of ahi were just not enough for entree portions. In hindsight, I'm glad they only had 3 pieces; just hours after our meal, my son became violently sick. He vomited all through the night. Such a disappointing way to end our vacation.
