I just cannot say enough good things about this place, it’s one of the best tasting restaurants we have been too. The burrata small plate was amazing, the home cut fries were so good, everything was great. The staff was super friendly, the atmosphere was so cute. We are so glad we picked this restaurant, a definite must try. Also they had a wide variety of gluten free options which was super nice for our son.

Lento is one of our absolute favorite restaurants in the area. The food is incredible, the service is stellar, and we have always left happy with our experience. I also appreciate they have gluten free options as I have an autoimmune condition.

Sydney was a joy to have as a server. 😍She even upgraded us right on the spot! We moved from some sad little 4 top, no offense but I could barely squeeze around it!! 🤣🤣🤣, to a LOVELY corner booth for our comfort!! Our FAVORITE BRUNCH PLACE IN ROCHESTER HANDS DOWN! I have a severe gluten allergy and they always accommodate even when the menu has changed . The servers are amazing!!!! Everytime!!! Food never misses!!!

Normally we enjoy a great meal but this particular experience was not good for a diner in our party with a gluten allergy. She ordered a meal that included gluten free pasta and when it came, the pasta was barely cooked, and it was returned to the kitchen. When it came back the pasta was cooked a bit more but still not cooked enough to enjoy. She ended up having to take it home and finish cooking the pasta herself.

Dinner was fantastic. We had a change of dinner plans for a group of 9, and they sat us in 15 minutes. The service was excellent; our waitress took such good care of us, and we got our food quickly. We also needed gluten-free options and were very impressed with how knowledgeable the staff was in accommodating our needs. Highly recommend this place for both the service and the food quality! ---

Tapas 177 is such an incredible restaurant in every single way from food to drinks to service to the vibe. This review is about catering!! We worked with Chris Z who is an absolutely phenomenal person. Chris helped us pick out our menu and coordinated everything with us — all the way down to mentioning changes in texture from our usual restaurant experience to general effects of transport/time! Everything was delivered on time and set up perfectly. Even better, it was DELICIOUS and EVERYONE was extremely happy with the options!!! One thing Tapas 177 does exceptionally well is dietary restrictions. They’re very clear about risks with shared fryers but also take great care to label things. The variety on the menu allowed for us to cater gluten free and vegan without settling for things we weren’t interested in. Variety!!! So sorry to my future children but eating a mountain of Tapas 177 spring rolls with my wife on our wedding day is impossible to top. Thank y’all so much!!!!!

I used to have the most amazing experiences here, never had any issues. However I went here for Valentine’s Day and my pasta definitely tasted like regular pasta (if you know, you know). I asked the waitress to check with the cook and since we were sitting right by the kitchen, we saw the chef get mad because they had just closed the kitchen and he didn’t want to make a new meal and said to “just tell her it’s gluten free”. I brought this up to management with no response, so I won’t be returning here sadly.

This place has been on my local restaurants to try for awhile now. It did not disappoint. I went with a couple of my girlfriends, one of which is gluten free. This place was perfect because they have several gluten free and also vegan options for anyone looking for those dietary choices. I started off with the duck wings, which were so much larger than I expected, perfectly crunchy with a somewhat sweet sauce (reminded me of country sweet sauce) which really married the flavors. I chose to have the gnocchi with peas, large thick pieces of fresh pancetta, mushrooms, in a light cream sauce with parmigiana shavings. I needed to add some more seasoning and parmigiana, but ultimately it was good considering it was listed as gluten free. This place is worth a try. It is perfect to go with friends, a romantic dinner, or also great for double dates.

I have a severe gluten allergy (celiac) None of the menu is marked as gluten-free. I asked our server if it would be possible to get a "naked burrito", just all the contents of a burrito, but in a bowl instead of the flour tortilla that I CANNOT eat. He said no. I politely asked again, in case he didn't understand that I have an allergy, again he said no. He never asked the cooks or anyone else, just no. We left right then and will not go back. They lost customers because they apparently can't put meat and lettuce in a bowl.

We hired AVVINO to cater our wedding and it was a great decision. Janine is so easy to work with and makes the process go very smoothly. We were able to have a nice date night at their lovely restaurant prior to the wedding and we enjoyed every second of it. The staff is so friendly and welcoming. The food is amazing and they were able to adjust to any requests we had such as gluten free and vegan/vegetarian. We would highly recommend AVVINO to anyone!

We stopped in today for lunch because they have gluten free rolls available. It was fantastic! The Vincenzo Panini, chicken with spicy soppressata, was delicious! The Cubano Panini was unique with capicola instead of ham. Mom loved it! Tom is a great host. We will be back.
