The General Tso’s Cauliflower was crispy, flavorful, and absolutely delicious. Highly recommend! Also ordered an enchilada bowl- they forgot my tortillas, but it tasted fine. My husband enjoyed his burger. Gluten free options clearly labeled on the menu. Would definitely return!

I love Amerigo. last week and my visit there, I had a great waiter. My friend and I got there early enough to do the early bird special and I think I'll do that again. All that great food and a glass of wine for a very reasonable price. And I can have gluten-free there and not get sick. Hurrah! I just wish they would find some good gluten-free bread because I miss it so. I know it's been years since they had it, but it was so good! And a treat celiac don't get very often when they go out.

We decided to try outback after a year when we had awful experience. My daughter is gluten free due to an illness. They were careful with the food and kept checking on us. The food was great. The service was exceptional!

Went here this evening with a friend visiting from out of town, and it was the perfect dinner. The atmosphere was subdued and comfortable – I’m autistic and have a hard time dining out because so many places are echoey and play loud music. This was very refreshing. The person who served the tableside guacamole was so welcoming and friendly without being intrusive, which is a hard balance – I waited tables and bartended for ten years, I get it – and even that small interaction was so pleasant. The same goes for our server, Grace, who was also incredibly helpful and patient with recommendations (which I’m so glad I listened to – the lamb sliders were out of this world), very attentive, and just super cool. My margarita was excellent (and I’m kind of a snob about those) and my friend had nothing but compliments for their mocktail. I love that they put so much care into non-alcoholic options. Also, my friend is gluten intolerant and there were SO many good GF options. We shared the perfect appetizer with zero effort or pressure to compromise. It’s great to be in a place where people with dietary restrictions don’t have to feel like they’re making a scene, but we can just enjoy a good meal together. Thanks for a great evening and the 11/10 service. I’ll definitely be back, and I might even try another dish, but seriously, idk how I will, because, again, those sliders… Whew.

The menu is spectacular and the food is every bit as deliciously described. We loved the way the menu wasn’t a fixture and we could construct our own meals. Our gluten free requirements were happily accorded with. Staff from the meet and greet onwards were outstanding, particularly Avery who took care of everything with decorum and humour looking after us and our little girl who summed it up when Avery asked Harper “What was the best for you tonight?” She said “You”!

This really is a hidden gem! Speakeasy vibe with an eclectic menu. Gluten-free options are clearly marked on the menu which is much appreciated. I had the Jumbo Shrimp & Grits and it was so good! My partner that has no dietary restrictions had the Cajun Pasta. He said it was very good as well.

They have a Gluten Free specific menu which was super helpful for my girlfriend. The bartender went out of his way to make sure everything could be prepared for her the way she needed.

A little overpriced in our opinion, but delicious steak! The second one that is. We ordered a medium rare steak and were served a medium well, BUT, the staff made SURE we were happy and raced out an absolutely wonderful filet mignon- free of charge. One big plus side, was that they offered a gluten-free/vegetarian menu for dietary restrictions. We enjoyed ourselves and were satisfied in the end.

Babalu East Memphis is not as loud as a Babalu Midtown, but it's still a little loud for a lot of conversation. However, the food is so good (and there are a lot of choices for us celiacs) that I go anyway, when I get a chance. I had a great glass of red sangria (made on site) and my companion had a yummy looking drink, but I forgot what it was. The service was good, and I especially enjoyed the new server who made the guacamole table side. Can't wait to go back!

I recently discovered that I have Celiac disease, which made me worried about the foods I would have to give up, like pancakes. But then, I found out that Another Broken Egg Cafe offers gluten-free pancakes on its menu, along with a variety of other gluten-friendly options. I was pleasantly surprised by the taste of the pancakes, and since they are prepared to order, I could customize them to my liking. Moreover, our server, Chris, provided excellent service that exceeded our expectations. I'm looking forward to returning!

My husband and I were extremely happy with our visit again last night. The staff was super friendly and answered questions with knowledge. I'm gluten free and I was told they could modify almost anything there to be gluten free. What?! We had the Wasabi Deviled Eggs for appetizer and they were delicious. I chose the seared tuna which had a sauce that contained gluten so they modified it with something else. Once they did that they suggested a new side to compliment the sauce, which was fine with me. It was wonderful! My husband had the scallops and he said it was the best he ever had and they were huge. For dessert we shared the banana pudding pavlova (?), which they also adjusted to be gluten free. It was amazing as well. It melted in your mouth. It is great to have someone who actually cares about my allergy just as much as I do!! Thank you to the staff and cooks.

Lafayette Music room was the place we went to to meet mutual friends that we had known for years who were located here in Memphis. I didn't know what to expect about this place because this wasn't one of the places that was on my list of things to do. This place was actually located maybe a mile from the Airbnb that I was staying at so it was perfect as far as location which is in Midtown. We got there relatively early about 4:00 on a weekday. It was next to empty when we got there however it soon filled up with people. We ordered drinks we order appetizers and we eventually ordered food. We all liked our food for the most part and there was plenty of it. I have it listed at the end. What we didn't know we were going to like but did was the live music band. The band was everything. Since we were a table of 50 something women it was right in point for them to sing 80's music. I have to say I started singing, clapping and enjoying the music from my high school years. The guys singing in the band were our age as well and they could sing. Like really sing. Fried Calamari Served with fried banana peppers, roasted red peppers, and sriracha mayo- It took forever for this to come out for some reason. I'm grateful it was a lot of us talking so much that we dang near didn't pay attention but yes it took a long time for an appetizer. The server kept checking on us and apologizing however. The calamari was seasoned so we'll and was so good. SMOKED STEAK SANDWICH 20 House smoked sirloin served with horseradish cream, provolone cheese, roasted red peppers, caramelized onion, arugula on a toasted Gambino Hoagie OVERTON BURGER 16 Two 4oz. The restaurant is very cool, but we waited almost an hour for food. One person in our group didn't get their food and we had to find our waitress to ask for it. Drinks were not refilled at any point. The red beans and rice were from a dehydrated mix and microwaved. The only positive was the catfish was good and there were gluten free options. When we were leaving the waitress told us that when we all come in at once (from a nearby conference) it makes the wait longer. The restaurant was not even close to full and the table next to us came in after us and got their food before us.

I have a gluten allergy and the staff has put me at ease every time we eat here with their knowledge of ingredients as well as potential for cross contamination. It is not often that I feel comfortable eating at restaurants due to my allergy, but Shane and the staff go above and beyond to make sure I am. And on top of that the atmosphere and food are amazing!

I wish I knew my server’s name. I don’t. I told her I am gluten free for health reasons and wondered what I could eat on the menu. She sent the chef out and he was amazing. He showed every option I could eat safely on the menu. It would have been easy to say nothing without consulting the chef but the server and chef went the extra mile. The chef delivered my dinner personally. I highly recommend this restaurant! Great food great service. In today’s world? Rare!!!!!

This place is so cool. I was just visiting in Memphis and was recommended this place by quite a few people, and I'm so glad we checked it out! I had brisket hash which was sooo delicious and some chips and queso. Queso was great. There was love music that was very cool and enjoyable and not too loud. The whole place has a great atmosphere and the employees were super nice. Definitely recommend ☺️ Oh and I am gluten free and they accommodate and have options.

Omg what a fun place! Our friend suggested it and so glad she did. We are traveling and have our dog…no problem, as a matter of fact they LOVED her. Definitely have a Jameson Slushie while you are there and also you can ask for a lettuce wrap on your slider if you are gluten free or keto.

This restaurant was WONDERFUL! I am gluten-free (not by choice) and they were incredibly accommodating. Beyond that, the food was absolutely delicious!!! My salmon melted in my mouth, and the desserts were delectable. For a really really nice restaurant the prices were pretty reasonable, and the service and the atmosphere were great as well. 10/10 would recommend if you are trying to treat yourself in downtown Memphis:)

The liquor store diner is located in such a beautiful area. The restaurant deserves 5 stars indeed. It exceeded in all aspects of service today. The menu has options for vegan, vegetarian and gluten free. Our server today was Anna Belle and she was great at managing the floor along with the rest of her team. The food was very fresh and drinks were on point. I highly recommend trying this place out and taking pictures before walking in.

Service is great when you can get a seat, but they are often super packed! Drinks are pricey, but that’s to be expected somewhere like the Peabody. The lemon drop martini is a fav of mine here. The apps are also delicious! For gluten-free options, I like the hummus or cheese board with extra crudités instead of crackers/bread!

My family is a regular at Hueys in East Memphis!! My husband has a gluten intolerance, but Hueys has the best gluten free buns in the CITY. He goes WEEKLY just for their gluten free burgers!! Sometimes they are out of them, but I think if more people knew about their GF bun option, they would keep them stocked up!!
