I highly recommend the Dèmodè Beef Bistrot, a local AIC format for gluten-free dishes, excellent pizzas, gluten-free pizza dough made by them and not pre-packaged, excellent gluten-free desserts, gluten-free beers, knowledgeable and kind staff, welcoming and informal environment. Excellent experience 🤩

Gluten-free specialities, including vegan ones, all very good and the friendly and familiar service, you can see the passion both behind the stove and in the service. Maybe the name of the restaurant doesn't make sense, I would have used it as a subtitle perhaps with the name of the chef in the foreground... Well done
This cozy spot offers a central location, a diverse menu, and a warm vibe, making it a must-visit when in Olbia.

I thought I would have to give up pizza this holiday because I haven't tolerated gluten for two years. But at the Black Bull in Olbia I was able to enjoy real Italian pizza - gluten-free and incredibly tasty! The base was crispy, the topping was fresh and aromatic. A real highlight of my stay - absolutely recommended for anyone who has to do without gluten and still doesn't want to miss out on authentic enjoyment.

All in all, we had a very tasty pizza here, although not the best we have eaten in Sardinia. 🍕
The pizzeria is really big and even though we were here in the low season, it was packed on Saturday evening. In fact, the majority of guests here were locals. ☺️
We didn't want to sit here for long, we just wanted to eat a pizza, although I don't think it's very comfortable to stay here due to the many occupied tables and the resulting noise. Therefore, more of a “quick” dinner.
You can choose from 4 different types of dough for the pizza, which is very cool. You can also eat gluten-free pizzas and burgers here.
We chose the classic version and were satisfied. :)
The location itself is nothing special, typically Italian on a street, rustic. Prices are okay, we paid €11 for a Margherita. Unlike other restaurants, we didn't get the typical "starter" with bread and olives here.
Recommended in itself, but nothing extraordinary.
With improved dough and a bustling atmosphere, this spot is a must-visit for pizza lovers seeking a memorable dining experience.

Very nice restaurant. Many locals were here on Sunday. Food is delicious. We both had pizza. The owner was very accommodating and was able to answer all of our questions. The waiters were also very attentive. There was a gluten-free pizza for me and also without cheese. But there would even have been a lactose-free cheese variant. Really delicious for a gluten-free pizza. The normal one was really great too. Super successful evening.
