Came here on a whim for Sunday lunch with my parents and we were super stoked with it! My partner and I are vegetarian and gluten free and there were heaps of options for us. Everything we tried was absolutely delicious and very fresh. Service was great, $15 spritz on a Sunday, great outlook over Cotton Tree. We will definitely be back!!

Terrible service. Staff running around, trying to find tables and orders. Took 15 minutes to get a glass of water
I placed an order at the front counter, staff missed they I asked the burger to be on Gluten Free bread. Then made me pay the $1.50 extra.
No serviettes on the table
Asked for the sauce that I asked for with the chips, to which they also said that I would need to pay for the sauce as it wasn’t put through the order either.
Finally got my burger and had paid for cheese. Got no cheese. Asked for no onion, got onion. Staff had no care factor. Won’t be back

It's my favourite place to visit when I'm holidaying in Brisbane. I love the burgers, the hfc bites, the onion rings, and the chips! As a coeliac, I have never had issues with the gluten-free options here, and the staff are very knowledgeable in allergies.

Thank you! The best Subway Gluten Free Wrap ever! The lady who made this wrap today, heated and grilled and provided a generous serve of ingredients. Delicious. Other Subways have rolled the wraps with minimal ingredients and not heated properly.
Their Subs are great. I wished they had more Gluten free options. At the moment they only have a wrap. Would love to see more GF Subs. Their Chicken options are getting better and better. Keep up the variety.

This has to be the best Subway in Ipswich by a long shot! Ive had alot of dramas at other subways and nearly gave up on it altogether. Heyokah is a great asset to this store and should be applauded for his hard work and dedication. My girlfriend has celiac disease and he is the first worker ive seen take that seriously and clean the entire prep area before making her order. Plus he can actually wrap the gluten free wraps!!! (Only ever had 1 other worker on the gold coast wrap these to this standard)

Ordered gluten free wrap and the girls were fabulous. changed gloves and made sure no cross contamination. as it was for a child with coeliac disease this was greatly appreciated.

The most delicious grilled cheese you will ever have. Melt Brother's or, as I like to call it Grilled Chesus. Each sandwich hits just the right spot sned your body onto a happy dance. The mouse trap with three different cheese is sent from above.
The staff are friendly, bubbly, and more than happy to remember your name, face, and order. There is something wonderful about having great service from people who are happy to be at work and happy to spread their cheesie love. I can not recommend Melt Brothers enough. With gluten free, lactose and vegan options.
I am always more than impressed with the care taken for my gluten free order.
