Winnie’s is the best! As someone who doesn’t necessarily need gluten free options, I would still choose to eat here. The food is so delicious you don’t even notice it’s gluten free. My husband feels the same and he is a tough critic! They do have dairy free options as well which is great for me. From sweet to savory they have it all. I even got an amazing cake made for Taylor Swift’s Eras Tour in Toronto that was not only delicious but so cute and fun!

Their gluten free foods are absolutely delicious. I’ve been celiac for 10 years and this the food i got here was so good and im so happy i tried it! Will definitely be coming back to restock! The butter tarts were my favourite sweet treat and the samosas were so flavourful and amazing.

I have celiac and feel confident after conversing with them and eating there that they care enough to take the time with food prep. They are also generous with proportions and had good ideas about ingredient combos! 6** review! **It's best to be clear about severity of allergy with any other staff members

Delicious food and great friendly service! Went in to use the washroom not wanting to buy anything because I'm vegan but I took a look at the menu and they have vegan options. Also each day they have a deal and the day I went in they happened to have a deal on their vegan grilled cheese. Also multiple bread options which is good for me because white bread breaks out my skin! Also they have gluten-free options.

KETO and GLUTEN-FREE FEAST! 😍 Lunch here always makes my day!! Mackenzie greeted me with a huge smile and graciously took care of my coupon. I dined-in ~ 11:30am and that is a great time to enjoy a quiet lunch here, with my feet basking in the sun 🌞 🌞 and my laptop plugged in (it was a working lunch). Can't beat free wifi! (Electrical outlet near the storefront window) The alfalfa sprouts were OH SO crispy and everything was fresh as can be. Thanks Pita Pit team for nourishing my body and for having great staff like Mackenzie! 🥰 They also have a cute bingo program to encourage kids to eat healthier. 💪 Love that! Options for keto, omnivoire, OMAD, gluten-free, dairy-free, egg-free, corn-free, hypoallergenic, grain-free, raw-foodist and paleo! All food groups are available and everhthing is so fresh n clean. Love that I can customize my meal for my intolerances and allergies. The salads are amazing even without the ability to enjoy within a pita due to gluten intolerance and refusal to eat such a high calorie gluten pita. Staff were attentive and made it how I asked. Priced accordingly. Healthy meal. Tasty as heck.

The subs can come with a gluten-free bun and when you make it known you must have gluten-free these folks always use new items to prepare your sub! Far too many choices for your delicious sub and always a yummy side pickle!!!! If only we could by these pickles in bulk!
