I bought several things and everything was very good. There is a huge choice which is a change from usual for us gluten-free people. This is a very nice discovery!

A must-see restaurant in Metz: the vegan and local dishes are delicious and generous, everything is excellent from starter to dessert, so much so that we forgot to take photos of the dishes
We loved the burger and sauerkraut as well as the gluten-free pear pistachio macha cake
The waitress is very attentive and the setting is cocooning âïžâš

I was supposed to have fresh gluten free bread. It's already complicated to find because there are few places to buy it.
But very disappointed by the very unpleasant welcome from the saleswoman, the bread was defrosted, tasted bland, crumbling. Even chickens wouldn't eat it. And my dog âârefused it. In short, you have no control over stopping making gluten-free bread. Please.
Indulge in unique fruit sponge cakes and intriguing verrines, but don't miss the not-so-magnificent Rum Babas that leave a bit to be desired.

Always good bread and good offers. Well unfortunately there are always people so you always have to wait but it's worth the wait. Good little remark regarding the special bread (seeds/gluten-free...) which I find a little small for the price.

We were heading to the airport and stopped there. We asked for something gluten free for my celiac son. They didnât speak English but they made every effort to understand us and communicate. I speak a bit of French. They were SO friendly. Itâs been hard to find places in Alsace where my son could eat. And here they made every effort so that he could have something to eat gluten free. Really recommend this family owned business.
I order bread and mini pastries for our guest rooms every day and the quality is exceptional!
We regularly receive praise for our breakfast and the bread is cited as a reference for its good taste!
Having gotten to know Ludovic, the baker, I can guarantee his professionalism in addition to his passion for his profession! His involvement has a direct impact on the success of our breakfast.
We also occasionally ordered: bredele, gluten-free bread, Yule log and the quality is excellent too!
