My fiancé and I absolutely love this location! ❤️ We came today to celebrate our 6 year anniversary for breakfast since we have been enjoying Egg Harbor as one of our favorite breakfast places for most of our relationship. Sam is an absolutely fantastic server and it was such a pleasure to have her! She made sure my gluten intolerance was accommodated to the best ability and made some great recommendations too. Will always be our favorite breakfast place!
Cozy atmosphere, friendly bartenders, and great wine selections make for a delightful evening at this welcoming spot—perfect for special occasions!

We chose Cooper’s Hawk Arlington Heights to celebrate our anniversary, and it turned out to be a wonderful decision. It was our first time at this location, and from the moment we arrived, we felt welcomed. They seated us in a cozy booth and surprised us with complimentary bubbles to toast our special day right from the start! Our server, Sean P., truly elevated our experience. His knowledge, honesty, and spot-on recommendations made our evening unforgettable.
Every dish and drink we enjoyed was simply delightful. I opted for the surf & turf with drunken shrimp and churrasco grilled steak, both cooked to perfection and bursting with flavor. My husband ordered the Caesar salad and filet mignon, which were equally impressive. For dessert, we indulged in the chocolate cake with hazelnut ganache that was unbelievably delicious—and Sean even informed us it was gluten-free, a pleasant surprise given its rich taste and texture. To complement the cake, he brought us a sample of dessert wine, which paired perfectly.
Needless to say, we can’t wait to return and explore more of their menu!
Catch live shows and enjoy a lively vibe, but watch out for extra fees if you need to change your seats!

We had such a good time last week at the Kelly Hunt show. Our server was great, she was very helpful in making a gluten free substitution on the charcuterie board. I really enjoyed my praline old fashioned. I'm not sure what gluten free bread they used, but it was delicious and it's hard to find good GF bread.
However, I am not happy that I have to leave this review.
When we got to the show the seats we bought online were a little to close to the stage for my comfort. I asked if we could switch seats, and the door guy told us we could pick out pretty much any other seat since the show was not sold out.
However he did not tell us that we would be charged for another pair of tickets and a $11 "convenience fee". That came to an extra $60 ish dollars for just moving two seats to the right.
Let me repeat, Hey Nonny charged us over $60 to switch seats. If that is their policy, then we should of been informed of that when I asked to move over and I wouldn't have done so.
My husband went over to the venue today to talk to the manager about the second set of tickets on our bill and he was told that it's "their policy" and there is nothing they would do about it.
Despite wanting to go back to the restaurant for the really good gluten free food, which by the way is not easy to find at a non chain restaurant in this area I won't come back since we were ridiculously charged at the venue. I feel very ripped off.
Enjoy a vibrant atmosphere with a fun patio, friendly vibes, and a street blocked off for easy exploration while you wait for your table.

I wanted to try Scratchboard Kitchen for awhile now. Because of the pandemic, I was still a bit hesitant to dine indoors. Luckily, their patio was open and they do take reservations!
A friend and I made a noon reservation for Sunday. Got there on time but was told our table is not ready yet. Had to stand around and wait for about 20-25 mins. It was a gorgeous day out and there's plenty of stores surrounding the area that you can explore while you wait.
I love how they blocked off a whole street so customers can walk around the area without having to watch for traffic.
Did I mention this restaurant is women owned AND allows dogs out on the patio?! Masks are required when dining indoors. All staff are wearing their masks as well. If you can't stand wearing a mask, reserve a seat outside.
Our waitress was super friendly and gave us a quick intro about the restaurant. Everything is freshly made daily. Before going to the restaurant, I was looking forward to their Pastry Board. Homemade pastries are a must try for me! Unfortunately, it was already sold out by 12:30 PM by the time we were seated. Very disappointed but will try to come back earlier next time!
I ended up just ordering a Biscuit and their gluten free Banana Bread which comes with local honey butter and jam. This isn't your regular Pillsbury sized biscuit. It was big enough to share with another person. I absolutely loved the buttery and cheesy taste of the biscuit! Their honey butter goes really well with the biscuit! Loved it!
Banana Bread was really good too! I shy away every time i hear something is "gluten free" because it just tastes BAD. But NOT this Banana Bread!! The banana bread was very fresh, packed with banana flavor, moist and a little bit of a chewy texture to it.
My friend ordered the LAMB SHAKSHOUKA ( FETA, CILANTRO, BAKED EGG, SOURDOUGH TOAST). The lamb was cooked very tender and has a little bit of a spice to it. I wish there was more sourdough pieces to go with it because it was really delicious!
I can't wait to come back and try other items on their menu!
