Who thought with celiac disease you could go to a mall and be 100% safe to eat while you are out!! Not until today!! Food was delicious... Loved being able to get some fried food without worry of cross contamination. Everyone should try it... Even if you don't have a gluten problem! The cheese curds... Yum!!!
Get ready for a fantastic experience with amazing customization options and a vibrant atmosphere that keeps you coming back for more.

As someone with a gluten allergy it is SO hard to find a place that has good gluten free sandwiches and if they do the sandwich bread is tiny compared to a normal sandwich. Not only was I blown away by the size and taste of the bread but the contents of my sandwich. The ingredients are freshly made and have so much flavor. I am now a forever customer!
Expect a warm welcome and patient service, especially for newbies, with a manager at the helm who's cool under pressure.

You will want to eat here (or take out perhaps) because of Kuubs' food. Both my dad and I ordered the lamb kabobs with rice as our side (next time I will order a salad and we can split each). We also ordered 4 falafel with a side of hummus. Kuubs uses chicken peas/garbanzo beans to make their falafel. However, the falafel was perfectly seasoned and moist. The lamb was also perfectly seasoned, moist, and grilled to perfection.
The staff greeted us with warm smiles and were very friendly.
I also noticed they hand-cut their own fries. For those of you who have gluten allergies, you don't have to worry about frozen food in this establishment. Everything appeared fresh. Still, always double-check when ordering.
The atmosphere was a wee bit sterile, but I'm used to a more vibrant esthetic. They did have music playing in the background (Afghani??) that was a nice touch.
However, atmosphere is at the bottom of my list when deciding whether or not to go back to a restaurant. As long as the food is good (our food was a 10 out of 10) and the people working there are nice (they were), I'm going back. We definitely will be working our way through Kuubs' menu.
I've not had much success staying gluten free on their menu, shared grill and equipment, but my family has plenty of options thst they love!
I enjoy the lemon ice, which is amazing! Keep lemon ice all year!
Enthusiastic vibes and a cheerful atmosphere, complete with staff serenading tunes, make this spot a must-visit for meet-ups.

The staff here are enthusiastic about their store. My Gluten free request was embraced and I had an Italian with a round Gluten Free bread. It was incredible. I loved everything about this place. The staff were cheerful and engaging and could be heard singing Sound of Music tunes behind the counter. I look forward to telling my family about this place for meet ups on our trips between St. Peter and St. Paul.
