I have a health condition and chose this place specifically because they advertised they offered gluten free options. When I asked for a gluten free sandwich, the woman working was extremely rude and made a very big deal about having to follow the protocol. Even if the sandwich was good, I won't ever go back to a Jersey Mike's just because of how I was treated by the staff.
