LONG REVIEW: PLEASE READ IF YOU HAVE GLUTEN SENSITIVITY OR CELIAC: My Wife has celiac disease, the gluten free menu is great and offers fee a lot of diverse options. We normally don’t eat out but it was her birthday and I wanted to take her to this place because she loves their gluten free menu. Unfortunately, there was a mix up in the kitchen and they accidentally brought her out the gluten edition of her meal. They apparently realized it before bringing it out and and attempted set it off to the side, before making the correct meal. However, they failed to inform the servers, and a server still ended up bringing it out. My wife ate a good portion before the waitress came over and realized it was the wrong dish. Look of panic on the waitress face said it all. The manager was apologetic, but the damage was done. We left immediately and we got to our road just in time for her to start puking all over the side of it. She was bed ridden the rest of the day. Make sure, ask and then ask again before diving into your food that they cooked it correctly. I hate that I have to give this place 1 star, because they are usually great.

The gluten free Godiva cheesecake is highly recommended! My stomach was not upset after having it.
The omelettes were awesome too and they accommodated my celiac restrictions.
This local gem boasts a bustling vibe, deliciously fresh salads, and a fantastic value for satisfying sandwiches that'll keep you coming back.

A great little sandwich shop to check out especially if you want something less expensive. They have gluten free bread. Around $8 for a sandwich at the moment. Also selling the buckets they make the pickles in for $2 currently which is great for gardening work if you do that.. highly recommend!
Vibrant vibes with quirky decor, a killer happy hour, and a laid-back atmosphere make this spot a chill place to hang out and unwind.

Things to know:
Slaw = Raw Cabbage (for texture! No Mayo. This is a good thing).
Allergies = Super friendly. Clearly marked on all menu items; able to alter order for GF/DF for my wife who has Celiac.
Ambiance = bomb. Music was straight passion pit and phoenix. Bob’s burgers on the TV. Chattering teeth toys hanging from the ceiling. What more can you ask for?
Service = incredible. Andrea was knowledgeable, kind, helpful, and struck a great balance between making sure we had what we needed right away and leaving us be so we could enjoy our food. Her recommendations were spot on.
Prices/portions = also spot on.
Happy Hour = Half priced beer every day 4-7pm. It’s also not busy at all. Come here then.
Creole Fish & General Tso’s Shrimp Tacos = to die for. Literally. The shrimp taco was so spicy it almost killed me. I loved every minute of it.
Fly Bird = Nothing to write home about. This was my first visit and I hope I just caught them on a bad day, but I expected fresh tenders and these seemed like they were frozen/overly breaded. I’ll try again before I write it off wholesale. Redemption: the Fly Bird Custom Sauces were great and worth the extra $1.50. Try the Banana Pepper Honey Mustard. Perfect blend of sweet and spicy.
With unique hashbrown buns as an alternative and a cozy vibe, it's perfect for a quick breakfast stop when the morning rush hits.

No longer offer gluten free bagels. They did suggest sandwiches made with hashbrown buns as an alternative. Recess coffee was ok. Accommodating Atmosphere.
A spot known for its bagels, but some find their storage methods questionable, leading to dryness.

**editing review because of Meg’s timely feedback and the information about storing the bagels. I appreciate her attention to this review.
Original review
I’ve given their gluten free bagel sandwiches two chances now. From both experiences it is clear that they do not store them properly. They are dry and almost inedible.
Today I was excited to try the Hot Honey Egg sandwich. To my disappointment they left of the scallion cream cheese that it comes with, leaving the bagel even more dry. The rest of the ingredients had great flavor, but if they properly stored and prepared the gf bagels, they would be great.
Probably won’t go back.
Stopped here on the way through Syracuse a few weeks ago. I got an iced oat milk latte and gluten free muffin - both which were tasty. My only complaint was the line was out the door and the organization of people was a bit chaotic. But it was also a holiday weekend right around when school resumed. I’ll definitely go back next time I’m in town.
