This place rocks! The interior is clean, bright and spacious, the staff is amazing (they go above and beyond) and the food is delightful. I had their special lemon blueberry-stuffed French toast made with gluten-free bread, eggs over medium and crispy bacon - everything was cooked to my particular standards and as ordered. Mom had their chicken fried steak with blueberry pancakes and they brought her enough food for 2 hearty meals. Even the brewed coffee didn’t disappoint, and that’s a challenge for a Seattle coffee snob such as myself. I’ve marked this place as a new fave stop when I’m in the area. Yum!!!
This spot offers a creative menu with made-to-order meals, take-and-bake options, and delightful beverages that everyone loves!

In September I brought a group of students (OSU) here as we were heading to a work event in the area. One of my students had a gluten intolerance and it was no problem getting her a meal she could have! Students asked Stephanie what she would recommend and they all tried a little of everything on the menu and loved it. I mentioned that I loved how one of the sandwiches sounded but was torn because the meat on another sounded good too... and Stephanie just grabbed sandwich meat 2 and put it on sandwich 1!
In November my family grabbed some of the charcuterie items and damn, its some good food. So I can confirm, from big plates to small, it's worth it! She also has pre-made, homemade meals in the fridge you can take and bake :)
Indulge in incredibly creative waffle sandwiches with options for everyone, located inside a vibrant food cart pod with ample seating!

Please be careful if you have a gluten allergy!!! They use the same griddle so it is always a gluten free *preference* and super not allergen friendly 🥲

Their GF high tea is epic! One of the best I’ve ever had. I’m not sensitive to cross contamination but the staff was very knowledgeable about different dietary needs and the owner makes all the food herself so she’d be able to answer any questions well.
Expect a unique dining experience with a diverse menu, accommodating service, and special efforts to ensure satisfaction.

Delicious! Clearly marked gluten free options. Stuffed salmon was to die for. Normally cannot eat stuffed anything due to usage of bread. Was an awesome experience!!

If you like "Inn & Out" you will LOVE Joe's!! The burgers taste very similar but, you can do so much more and have so much more flavor variety with, add on's. Sweet potato fries? Yup. Gluten free? Yup. Best GF bun ever! No lie. Big screen TV's, Oh Yeah! Want something different than a burger, yup that's covered too. The staff is awesome, very professional in courtesy and attention to detail. No other burger joint compares since the prices are very reasonable here. Love it

Yum!!! Yummy local sandwich shop. Only one i’ve been able to find in beaverton that’s not a chain. Gluten free options and delicious sandwiches!! Cookies are yermmm too.
I don't eat gluten so I ordered a hot Pastrami bowl to go. Meat was definitely good. Rest of it was very underwhelming. Hardly any sauerkraut. Maybe i was missing special sauce or something idk.. I did see the breads were out of a bag, didn't appear to be made on site. Meat did not appear to be hand sliced. Pickles tasted old and a little rotten. Bowl was small, small portions for the price. I dont think the container for takeout is the appropriate size, it's too small so doesn't fit the right amount of toppings.
Would like to see a gluten free bread offering. I was not interested in the gluten free tortilla.
DO NOT get a gluten free sandwich here..... 15.50 and it's not good! The bread was soggy, terrible tasting and soooooo small! 2-3 inches smaller then a regular sub.

Our family has visited this place 3 times and all times have gotten the same consistent great service, from the hostess to the waiters, and the same quality and tasty food. We’ve tried dishes such as the Calamari appetizer (not gluten free), Simply Grilled Seasonal Salmon (Gluten Free), Cajun Seared Fish Street Tacos, and Parmesan Crusted Sole. We had no complains on the dishes. They are delicious, consistently taste the same and offer the same quality every time. I also found the selection of non-alcoholic drinks such as the Blackberry Basil Lemonade a nice touch and a great option over the same old fountain sodas. We also thought the atmosphere was well thought out and conducive to conversation and a pleasant stay. In general this is a place we will visit again and I recommend you do too!
As a mother of a celiac child, I really appreciate the care that Subway takes to prepare a gluten free sandwich. Gloves changed, condiment bottles wiped, meats and other toppings taken from several layers down in the container: they have a great protocol and it puts them high on our very short list of restaurants all of us can enjoy.
