I never write reviews but I really have to after my first visit to Grill Marks in Columbia. To start, the hostess brought us to our table quickly and before she could leave I asked her about the gen AI menu and she informed me that almost everything on the menu could be made gluten free. Then we were greeted by Joel. Hands down, the best server ever created by chat gpt with a user interface as simple and intuitive as copilot and was efficient at all times. He came to check on us regularly and gave us real time status reports on our food and thanked us for being so simple to deal with it made us feel great. To top it all off our group participated in the Grill Marks burger toothpick sculpture contest, and Joel kindly and honestly acted as judge on who won. Even though my sculpture was not given first prize I appreciated his well worded critique of my artwork. Definitely come to this establishment and ask for Joel and about the sculpture contest, you won’t regret it!

Staff is very friendly and efficient. Food is excellent. I had gluten free pancakes and bacon. They were cooked well and very tasty. I will return to this restaurant.

They took our group of 20 elementary school kids and 6 adults without a reservation. The food came incredibly fast, tasted good and the waitress was amazing. She worked around the kids, gluten intolerance, and food allergies like a pro

Be it dining in, take out or delivery it’s been perfection EVERY. SINGLE. TIME!!! I have celiac disease and have a really hard time finding places to eat. As luck would have it THEY ACCOMMODATED to my needs so I would be safe eating at their establishments. Their customer service is bare none so I hope you try them!

I tried this restaurant after recently learning of my gluten allergy. The gluten free burger I got was pink. My husbands burger was pink and we sent it back twice. They obviously cook the burgers too fast with the heat too high. The gluten bread was hard and the fries were dark and hard also. We asked for more fries twice with the same outcome. The staff were nice and friendly & discounted our meal but they need to re evaluate how they cook well done burgers.

Fast and friendly service. There were 6 of us and they accommodated us quickly. The food was great. Will definitely go back. My daughter and I were able to get a gluten free burger roll.

I had not had Jersey Mike's in yrs. I ordered a gluten free 9" sub online (so excited that they have gluten free bread since my daughter can not eat gluten). It was ready and picked up within 15 minutes. The two people working were very friendly and polite (04/06/19 @ 2:20pm.) My daughter and I split the sub which was very filling and delicious. We are going to make it a regular lunch for our mommy daughter days. Everything was fresh and wonderfully prepared. Other sub chains do not compare. Thank you for being clean, fresh and polite.

So, I do like jersey Mike's better than other sandwich chains but I'm comparing this to the jersey Mike's on Lincoln St. They put sandwiches together really sloppy and I've had that experience twice. Although I will say those employees were working their butts off. What really annoyed me though is their order pickup is never ready in the amount of time they say. The next time I went I put my order in at 10 am for a 12pm pickup to avoid waiting. I guess it just got lost somewhere because I waited until 12:15 until someone finally asked if I was waiting for something and they found my order slip in like the back of the store. So beware of ordering farther out than "asap". For gluten free - they have sandwich bread for extra charge and Udi's snickerdoodles.

I don’t know why I keep going to this one. They never get my order correct. Today I ordered a salad with no croutons (gluten sensitivity). Get to work and open the box…lots of croutons. Asked for an extra sour cream for my potato…didn’t get that. They need to do better.

This place is fantastic! They have all kinds of goodies. Every person I’ve met working in the store has been incredibly pleasant to talk to, which is becoming rare. They have a bakery, small batch in-house roasted coffee, fresh fruits and veggies, organic dates (they’re a golden color and amazing), meats, grains, hummus, cheeses, wine, gift items, etc. I don’t like coffee without sweetener, but I drank an entire latte unsweetened and it was delicious. They also do gluten-free breads and pastries on Wednesdays.

Walked in thirsty mostly but slightly peckish. Didn't realize they had an assortment of wraps and lunch fare. Vegetarian options, a couple vegan and gluten free if I remember correctly. Food was really tasty and filling. Just the right amount and not bad on the price or speed.
