This was the first time we went to this restaurant and I can’t tell you how lovely the experience was. The energy was calm and soothing, the music old cafe jazz, you could almost feel like you were in a French bistro hole in the wall except for all the Americana pics covering the walls. It felt like coming home. As a person with celiac there are precious few spaces that aren’t dedicated gluten free that are actually safe for us. This is just such a place. We will be going back regularly. Also, lest I forget, both my husband and myself had the Cascadia burger. I had the one patty because 2 is too much, OMG was this ever juicy - and fries!!! I could order great fries without worry 🥰 It was perfect. Thank you to whoever you are who put this place together. I felt cared for.
Buzzing with energy, this charming, small café provides a vibrant setting, a touch of inclusiveness, and a relaxed, cozy, downtown vibe.

The place is small, but very welcoming. Has about 8-10 tables. We we fortunate to be sat down right away. We were there at 11 am, on a Friday. Very clean and staff was friendly and helpful. Better come with a hugh appetite or share. Servings are large. We took 1/2 our meals home. I had the Classic Eggs Benedict with Hash Browns, so delicious. My husband went with an omelet with sausage, tomatoes, spinach, cheese, ham, and mushrooms. He said we it was very good. The hash browns were alright, a little mushy and greasy for our taste. But we will definitely be back with our daughter. She will want the gluten-free pancakes! Next time we will share our meal.
This spot offers delicious, creative vegan dishes that surprise with their flavor and features quirky wall art and tempting baked goods.

Any chance I get to eat here, I do. My wife is gluten free vegan and there’s abundant choices for her. I really flat out love the food, I have yet to have a bad meal here. Everything tastes awesome and unique. Yeah, it’s a little expensive… but so is everything else out there. Highly recommend!
This spot specializes in delicious organic vegan dishes that make for a guilt-free dining experience, though expect a slow pace.

I had the best experience here - the man working went above and beyond to ensure my gluten free sandwich was safe for me to eat. Highly recommend and wish we had this option in Canada ◡̈

This has become one of my favorite places to grab a bite in Oly. Truly a hidden Gem! Gluten free Sammy's. I LOVE their raspberry grilled cheese with chicken added. Handcrafted shakes or juice and coffee. If you have not already you must try out this place and check out their Sanctuary outside seating. They place soundbath music. And sell cute little trinkets too.
A standout spot with an amazing flourless chocolate torte that leaves diners raving about their experience.

We've always enjoyed our experiences here.
Just a heads up for GF people... the rice pilaf does appear to contain barley, which is NOT gluten free, and I did not see it indicated on the menu.
Super popular location, so if you are in a rush, consider visiting just before or after the lunch hours as they are seemingly always slammed. The staff are a mix of really dynamic personalities and lackluster folks just there for a paycheck. For the most part, they are fantastic. I frequent this place and my only wish is that they offer more gluten free options and label the ones they do have. Once, I overheard an employee tell a customer that certain holiday cookies were gluten free, but there was no way to know to ask that. If you need to customize your order, I recommend you go inside. The drive thru is next to a busy street and the staff often struggle to hear over the road noise, especially on rainy days.
This cozy spot offers quick bites with hearty portions in a food truck vibe, perfect for a lunch break or grab-and-go experience.

Welcome environment and quick to grab a bite for lunch on a work break. I got the hot Pear ham sandwich on a gluten-free bun, and it was good. My only complaint was way too heavy on the mustard it overpowered everything. Next time, I will ask for light sausing. Overall 4/5 rating, and I'll visit again. They are pricing. I paid $15 for one sandwich.
With gorgeous windows and a cozy vibe, this spot has great food and a welcoming atmosphere perfect for hanging out.

Foods good. They could use an extra person more often but I get the struggle. Vibe is decent seating could use a cushion or 3. My partner loves the gluten free macaroons.
The food is great and the staff is super friendly. Love that they are celiac friendly and take extra precautions to keep the celiac and gluten intolerant consumers safe.
