I have never been treated so bad at a restaurant. My family and I have been going here for a very long time and absolutely love the food and when my oldest daughter went today to order her and I a sandwich the staff had made a mistake and put bread on my gluten-free burger. my daughter went in with me on the phone and simply asked them if they could remake it and at first they said oh no, we'll just give you a lettuce wrap to put around it. we'll take the bread off and I had to explain to them that it is now contaminated with gluten.
the front end staff argued with me for a while and told me I would have to pay for a new burger in order to have this contaminated Burger remade.
the owner got on the phone with me and told me that he will do it only this one time and he was very rude to me and made me feel completely stupid.
my oldest sister stood there and watched them remake the burger nervous that maybe they would spit in it.
I just couldn't believe that even though I tried to explain to them that there's no possible way I can just take the bread off my allergy to live and makes my throat tight and they did not care.
the final thing that the owner said to me was it's not like we can resell this burger and this cost me money and so you're going to have to pay to have this or remade.
I bet you. he spends about $3 to make that burger and he just lost a customer that he's had for a very long time and mind you my family spends $145 every time that we go there and we go every Friday night.
all of this over the fact that his staff members had put bread on my gluten-free burger and that he felt I should have to pay for a whole new burger because I couldn't have gluten even though the receipt clearly shows that I ordered a Celiac gluten-free burger lettuce wrapped.
it's very sad that we're not even able to go back here anymore. this was my kids's favorite place.
A busy spot with awesome vibes, popular burgers, and refreshing drinks, perfect for relaxed lunches or buzzing weekend nights.

One of my favorite places for a burger in the Tacoma area. There was a learning curve for eating gluten free here but feel very comfortable now with staff knowledge. Service is attentive and it is a good place to enjoy a relaxed lunch or dinner. Just a few things to keep in mind: only regular fries are GF, some of the sauces served with fries are not GF, and pay attention to the burger toppings (including burger of the month options). The 571 Burger, Juicy Lucy Black & Blue, Burger Dip (without herb au jus), Regular Parmesan Truffle Fries, Iced Tea, and Washington Triple Berry Shake are great options I have tried. While the Three Pepper Bomb Burger, Truffle Mushroom Burger, The Fatted Sow Burger, Poutine Burger, Jimmy Burger, Waffle Fries, and Chocolate Shake are favorites with family and friends. Very popular with locals so there can be long wait times since reservations are not available. There is outdoor seating in the summer β both at the restaurant and around Point Ruston. While indoor seating is limited β there is seating available for larger groups. To go ordering is available. There is a tablet near the door to validate garage parking.
A must-visit for hearty sandwiches and soups with unique beverages, but be ready for a wait during busy lunch hours!

Worth the drive for us. Never a bad (always a great) hearty sandwich or soup. Lots of choices and happy to customize the sandwiches, including gluten free. I fill up on the 6 inch long and only get bigger sizes if sharing or saving for next meal. Parking and line can be tough at lunch, and only a couple of tables. Pass the time watching the Master Sandwich Makers do their magic, or order ahead -by phone only- and skip the line. Lots of unique choices for beverages (beers, sodas, juices, no fountain drinks) and chips, too. The dill pickle slice is a nice complimentary (and complementary) touch. Soup of the day is chef's choice except Friday. Great chili every day.
Indulge in amazing vegan sandwiches with stunning presentations, all while enjoying a great beer selection at a fantastic brewery spot.

Wow, some of the best vegan sandwiches I ever had. The pearl sandwich was delicious. Loved the presentation on a tray with salad. Lots of vegan options in the menu to choose from. They also care to provide gluten free and keto friendly dishes. Great location at 7 seas Brewery to pair up your food with probably some of the best beer in Tacoma/Seattle area.
Experience a flavorful adventure with standout dishes and a welcoming vibe that'll make you want to linger longer!

Iβm literally pausing my meal just so I can write this review asap. This pork slider is phenomenal. My word. Absolutely delicious. Everyone is so kind and beautiful and accommodating. Wonderful service. If they start offering gluten free buns, this could be a dangerous spot for me.
This place is okay. My bf and I always get an Unwich because we are low carb gluten free, so it's a great option they offer. First time in this location we asked for the gargantuan but in unwich style. The cashier had a pretty dead inside demeanor and told us they couldn't do that sandwich as an unwich. One of the other employees turned around and said they could do it and just wrap it in two separate individual unwiches. Second time coming we got the same thing and they tried to tell us again that they couldn't but we told them they could just wrap them up individually. The guy making our unwiches must have been new, because our unwiches were a little messy and not wrapped very well, but he was trying and was really sweet. The girl with heavy eyeliner on the other hand was muttering things under her breath and just had a sour attitude in general.
Overall, we still like this place.
Great place! Cool old school vibe in the Hilltop. Had a great menu with Vegan and GF options. Being Celiac the staff was very helpful and Randy was especially great.
Been over a dozen times! Excellent customer service. The ladies I've seen are always kind and pretty quick. Best Subway Salads! They do have Gluten free bread which is nice as I am Celiac. But prefer the salads! Also, always extremely clean.
Known for their unique lettuce wraps, this spot is worth the drive for satisfying cravings despite dietary needs.

This is the only Arby's that makes lettuce wraps. I have to be gluten free and every once in a while I crave roast beef and want Arby's I'll drive 15 plus miles just to get my lettuce wrap. The workers are very friendly and understanding.
