Super nice little cafe, staff were all very friendly and they had the best gluten free bread I've ever had! Nice variety of different sandwiches, all can be subbed with gluten free bread for $1.50, great place to grad stuff to go if you're heading to sooke potholes or up the coast!

Easily my favourite place in Sooke for feel good food. Love the amount of delicious vegan options, as well as gluten free. I’ve had the coffee, chai tea, garden panini, smoothies and avocado toast and I cant decide which I like more! They’re all amazing. Kristina and Chef Miloš are so kind and create such a lovely, welcoming atmosphere. Definitely my favourite spot for dine-in with ocean views, or for takeout. Always very clean with comfortable places to sit. I love Island Tarts. 10/10 every time! *Also, Dog Friendly!!
