A unique place in Carcassone to enjoy a wide variety of delicious gluten-free sweet and savory gallettes. Very close to Gambetta Square, the restaurant is small but very cozy and the staff is friendly and understands Spanish, so there are no problems asking for any clarification about ingredients and allergens. The prices are affordable and the gallettes are generous. Given the size of the premises and the influx of people, it is advisable to make a reservation, and also be careful with the service hours. Highly recommended.

You will find sweet and savory dishes, brunch options and many drinks! In addition, they are good products, for some vegans and/or gluten-free. Good food with gluten-free options. I am celiac and I was able to eat without problems even with gluten-free bread 🙌🏻 Also, a good detail is that they will not charge for gluten-free bread, just like for bread with gluten. Perhaps I would ask them to review the translations they have in the letter in Spanish. In most of them, either the type of meat is not correct or it is not the piece they indicate. Still everything very rich 😋

I work in a workshop not far away and it's nice to stop there and be able to taste things where there is attention to allergens! 👍🏼 Avocado toasts and others can be served gluten-free, without the Hollandaise sauce which contains cream. It is valuable that in the kitchen, the person knows these issues of allergies and intolerances well. It's plentiful, and it's good. I also like to order matcha lattes with almond milk. The place is nice, with a small terrace too if the weather is nice. Why I don't give 5 stars: -It's not open in the evening. -And it's quite expensive. Thank you 🙂

Intolerant to many foods (notably gluten and dairy products (not just lactose)), I carefully select the restaurants I go to. I was very pleasantly surprised by Namasthé de Montauban, which offers delicious dishes, cooked with fresh produce. The recipes are their invention and the balance of tastes delighted my taste buds. If you follow the advice, you can even enjoy a dessert that is not too sweet (I don't like sugar and it makes me feel good). My husband always says: except for those with allergies, if you can digest a dish, everyone can. I digest their dishes very well ☺️. The atmosphere is excellent and the welcome is most courteous and caring. Their little dog is so cute 😊.

Great for gluten free, overall the food was stellar, but I did have to take lactaid since most of the hummus has dairy in it. The falafel and eggplant were some of the best I've had. We also got the sweet potato fries which were excellent. Also so many NA drinks, I was a little overwhelmed with the options and just got sparkling water but they had a ton of juices, teas, and sparkling options without alcohol..love to see it.

My salad had a LOT of lettuce and then rice and sweet potato, the hummus I almost didn't feel. Perhaps a little more vegetables or tofu would have been better to make it more nutritionally complete.

I can only order this restaurant again. Everything was perfect from A to Z, both the service and the quality of the dishes as well as the atmosphere. For my part I took the pasta de la quadra, my companion being gluten intolerant we really appreciated the fact that there were gluten-free options, he opted for the tagliatelle al pesto we were with a couple of friends who took the pizza modigliani and the ravioli al tartufo. If I had to make one remark it would be to add more gluten-free options especially in terms of pasta.

I went twice with my husband and even the gluten-free Brownie was delicious! I also ordered a tea and the truth is, I loved it! My husband loves the coffees there, and that's why we highly recommend it!! They have gluten-free sweets! The site is very well placed. They have excellent freshly squeezed orange juice. There are gluten-free cookies, cakes and cream cheese (yoghurt type). On the other hand, salty is all normal, not suitable for celiacs. The coffee was good. They are very friendly.

Excellent meal with great service. I went with someone who has celiac disease and the staff were very aware of what was and was not safe. The bottle of wine recommend was delicious and very economical. We each had a different plate, all were delicious. Mine came as an entire fish which I sometimes struggle with, however the server deftly removed head and main bones for me. Would recommend!!
