An incredibly delicious gluten-free cafe! Our waitress was incredibly friendly, spoke English almost perfectly and we ate very deliciously!! While you're waiting, you can even stroll around the store and do some gluten-free shopping. In terms of price, everything is absolutely within the range and even very cheap for gluten-free conditions! Really really great! The only drawback - you can't sit outside and in the evening you should definitely make a reservation (but you can easily do this online or via WhatsApp).

The appetizer at the Belotti farmhouse is not chosen: it arrives straight to the table and to the heart! It is also heaven for celiacs, as EVERYTHING is home made, nothing is packaged (including bread). Kind and picturesque owners, the kind of people you thank heartily when you have to leave. I highly recommend the Il Girasole restaurant. Hospitality and top staff. Excellent quality food. No problem for gluten-free, they also have gluten-free pasta available to match the sauces on the menu. Also welcoming towards our 4-legged friends. The terrace overlooking one of the streets of the historic center is truly refined and welcoming.

But how can you not give 5 stars to this place? It's paradise, in every way. ♥️ Starting from the waiters, I can say that they are fantastic, polite, very knowledgeable, passionate and friendly. The location is comfortable and with attention to the smallest details: you feel as if you were at home. As for food, I'm not vegan, but I love experimenting. Delicious and tasty dishes, with flavors that fully recall tradition, while at the same time respecting the environment and animals. Furthermore, being intolerant to both gluten and milk proteins, I was able to eat everything (obviously, specifying it) without worries and anxieties, because here everything is vegan and therefore there are no dairy products! Prices are absolutely normal (there is no extra charge for gluten-free, incredible but true! A dream!) Go read the speech on sustainability etc. on their site, because it deserves it. Finally a truly ethical and truly inclusive place, for and towards everyone*! I will be back soon, this will now be my trusted place and I will recommend it to as many people as possible. A wonderful restaurant located in a very beautiful hiking area. The atmosphere is modern, elegant. I enjoyed excellent quality food and was gluten-free to boot. The service staff who ensure a wonderful evening are happy to help me with great food and wine recommendations and unobtrusive service. The restaurant is in a lovely location and is easy to reach by car or on foot. There is actually gluten-free pasta, but unfortunately not today. We had two starters with cheese and ham selection, spagetti limón, seafood risotto and very special pasta with bacon. We booked through the fork and received a discount.

Absolutely positive experience for our first time in this restaurant. We went for a group dinner, with a pre-established menu...even though we were a very large group of almost 100 people, the service was excellent. Just a little wait between one course and another, which started at 8.30pm and finished at 11.30pm, but it was an evening to spend in company, no one was in a hurry! The service and the location are excellent, change of cutlery between the first and second courses, clean glasses for water and wine, great attention to the customer, maximum kindness and availability of the staff (despite the numerous children and teenagers and a dog that ran away from the table a couple of times!!!). Excellent quality food, good, plentiful and varied buffet starters. Two first courses, a risotto and ravioli. A second course of pork fillet with potatoes. The cake and pastries were very good. Amaro Trentino. Alternative food for celiacs. Large free outdoor parking. We occupied the entire room on the upper floor which has a terrace and all with windows for a visit from every table. To access there was a spiral staircase, I didn't check the presence of a lift.
