They advertise gluten-free a lot on the website, but once we sat down they told me that the pizzas are not made because the owner is sick, these are things that need to be said beforehand on the phone to every single customer, I had to order two gluten-free fried calamari, (10 rings too many) for me and my husband with two small plates of chips, a beer and a water, 50 euros. Shame. By the way, we were seated for 9 minutes before coming to take the order, then we got up because no one asked us for dessert or coffee. Better this way otherwise the bill would have reached 100 €. You deserve a complaint.

Gluten-free pizza, tasty and fresh: highly recommended!
The normal pizza (especially the Gourmets) were also delicious. Compliments to the chef, who regularly came to watch and talk to the customers when he had a few seconds. Very pleasant and friendly person who happily gave us tips about the region.

It was a busy time when we were there and we occasionally had to wait to get the attention of the servers, but the staff did what they could and remained friendly and calm, as well as efficient. Very friendly staff.
At the end the shop closed but we were allowed to sit on the terrace as long as we wanted :).

We stayed at Battigia at the end of August 23, there were 5 of us including 2 adults and 3 children, two of whom had celiac disease.
We were greeted with a smile and had a very good time.
First of all we took 3 oysters to eat on the beach in front while admiring the sunset with a good head of bubbles. Everything top, both the glass of Franciacorta and the oysters, Gillardeau, super..! Oysters and glass 28 euros, I would say more than honest given the quality and the location..!
Then we sat down and had 3 courses to share and two desserts. All very good and super available to make a pasta dish with gluten-free pasta that our two children really enjoyed.
We spent the right amount for the place, the quality and the service.
Small constructive criticism, in the fried food there were a lot of vegetables in proportion to the fish..!
However, everything was perfect..!
