A paradise for celiacs. Good products both to consume at the premises and to take home and fabulous service. I wish I had them closer to home but with the home delivery service I will be able to enjoy their products more often.

The chocolate and strawberry eclairs are incredible! To my downfall, the bakery is open late. I stuffed myself silly right before my dinner plans. They sell gluten free lollies and pasta as well. Favourite gluten free bakery to date!
Enjoy stunning ocean views while dining on delicious dishes and experiencing efficient service, making every meal a memorable treat.

We also went because of the Google reviews.
It's definitely worth coming here if you want a nice meal one evening in Tenerife. The waiters and service were very friendly. We had gluten-free pasta, Caesar salad, and pizza – everything was delicious, especially the virgin mojitos.

It serves pizza and pasta, good news is it does gluten free pizza (not calzone despite what the menu might imply). If you don't need gluten free I'm sure you can get as good pizza somewhere else for cheaper.
Big portions and amazing home-cooked meals make this spot a go-to for hearty, comforting eats that definitely won't leave you hungry.

As someone who is coeliac and has quite serious gluten ataxia, it can be really hard to travel safely. We had a few bad experiences on the island and not many people understood how to prepare food gluten free. Green Planet staff were AMAZING. They have all been trained and everything is so separate. They are lovely lovely people and the food is divine. Beautiful service, we will always come back here.

We went for breakfast with 2 people (one with celiac disease and one without) and the truth is that the food was very good, they have a wide variety. I, who am not celiac, did not notice the difference with the bread.
The only drawback I have is that the service is a bit slow... there were hardly any people and they darted to give us the food.
The rest is great

Lovely place offering a great range of UK home comfort foods.
Great menu which caters well for gluten free options.
We had sandwiches which were lovely. Sometimes when on holiday it is nice to have food from home to have a break from holiday food.
This place certainly caters well for that 😀
Staff are lovely as well, thanks

Great food and lovely service. Unfortunately we missed the Tapas menu (it finishes at 5pm), but the food we had was delicious and the service was great. My son is celiac and they had a large selection on gluten free options. Wish we had found this place earlier!

A place right on the promenade, so we went in and ordered hamburgers, pork tenderloin and fried octopus, as well as fried fish.
First of all the octopus, they were thin slices that were breaded and cooked in the deep fryer. It had the impression that sections of the octopus from the main course were prepared like this as tapas. The fried fish was thin and cooked bone dry, with an aioli on the side, which admittedly wasn't bad. Now about the pork with fries, 4 pieces tasted good, fresh, soft and well seasoned. However, 2 slightly larger pieces were dry, hard and tasted old, as well as being reused from the day before.
The hamburger was good.
How can you tell from the menu that an octopus is breaded? According to the service, it is labeled with the allergen gluten. We were told this afterwards.
Overall it was decent portions for tapas.
But apparently more emphasis is placed on using staff to attract guests on the promenade than on making them return satisfied because of the quality of the food.
In any case, we won't be coming back.
Enjoy stunning sea views and a relaxed vibe in this beachfront spot, perfect for unwinding after a day at the beach.

As a very strict coeliac it was so good to eat Chinese food!! Staff extremely knowledgeable about allergens and advised appropriately. Separate gluten free menu. Food cooked separate and served separate for gf and non coeliac. Staff so friendly, lovely location opposite the beach. Clean too. My son, non coeliac had his food cooked in the seating area by a chef, very impressed with his skills!
Such a pleasure to not have to worry about cross contamination in a resturant.
Well done on your knowledge and THANK YOU SO MUCH!! VERY HAPPY COELIAC .

Very nice place, neat and clean. It is not very big, few tables inside and a few more on a covered terrace.
Pretty good treatment from the person who attended us. The cuisine, crati a, without being grotesque, with island products and some oriental touch, modern and balanced.
We attended with a person with celiac disease and at all times they advised on the composition of each dish, changing some ingredients so that we could have it as close as possible to what was offered.
Recommended, of course.
This spot offers stunning sea views, a relaxed vibe, and a variety of options guaranteed to please everyone in a charming setting.

Super disappointing experience, went because it was rated highly on Find Me GF app, but when we spoke to the waiter, everything is fried in the same oil as breaded food, so not coeliac safe at all. Had to change the dish to vegetables in order to eat. They have two friers, so there’s no need to cross contaminate, they could make it safe if they wanted to. Really disappointing. Food was average/subpar irrespective of this, family’s paella was tasteless and overcooked, and the curry flavour on the chicken which isn’t disclosed doesn’t work at all. If you’re going because you think it’s good for allergens or quality food, don’t bother. If you just want a big portion by the sea, you’ll be fine.
A quirky spot with unique tapas and inviting vibes, perfect for a satisfying meal at a great price—definitely worth a visit!

The place is cozy and the food is just fine. However, the staff does not make the slightest effort to be pleasant. Except for the dark-haired waitress, the rest borders on antipathy. As a plus, they have gluten-free products and the girl was worried about the traces.

Unassuming from the outside but a very cute cafe with high quality products on the inside. Lovely selection of beautifully decorated cakes with both vegan and gluten-free options. I went for a gluten-free carrot cake and it was delicious. Nice variations of caffein free drinks like golden milk or pink milk, with plant based milk alternatives available.

We visited here on numerous occasions during our week long holiday. I am coeliac and was assured that they used separate fryers and were aware of cross contamination. Well done Golden Beach. All staff lovely particularly the lady who usually works in the shop below. Would definitely recommend.

Nice little place with very helpful staff.
My only negative experience with them was when after a long discussion about my dietary restrictions (no milk, no eggs, no gluten) I managed to find something on the menu, that they assured me was free of everything I listed.
I questioned the teriyaki chicken as I know that has gluten, but they said it’s gluten free.
I then received my meal with oats in the rice. (In my country wild rice hasn’t got oats in it).
After pointing it out they offered to prepare a new meal but I was OK with a separate bowl of rice. However, later that day I was very unwell probably from the teriyaki.
People in catering should know the ingredients better.

Quality restaurant next to the historic center of Teguise. Spectacular food. The only downside is that the last tables on the terrace do not have light and we spent the entire dinner in the dark. They have gluten-free beer and other adapted dishes.

We visited this lovely cafe twice during our holiday, as it was one of very few places which caters for coeliacs for both sandwiches and cakes. We had teas, soft drinks, cakes and toasties - the food was always good, with a good range of options. The location is central and quiet, if a little hidden away in a square behind Burger King.
