I stopped in quickly because I saw they had good gluten free options online, and it made my whole day.
The staff were so lovely, coffee was delicious, and I should've ordered 10 of those muffins. Couldn't rate this higher 💕

Loads of gluten free options and the eggs Benedict was utterly delicious, as was the freshly squeezed OJ.

First time at the Cosy Club with my wife and not dissapointed.
Polite and efficient service.
Amazing interior of this former bank.
I had the fish gougon sandwich and my wife had the burger. Reasonable size with fries. Menu caters well for gluten free diners.
Lunch for 2 with tea was £36.
Will be back.

Really disappointing visit yesterday. The new venue was welcoming, but chilly. I didn't feel it was much warmer inside than out. I ordered gluten free salted caramel chocolate brownie. I struggled to cut it with a fork, it was so hard and could barely taste salted caramel. The cocoa flavour overpowered it. My friend ordered a victoria sponge. It was a victoria cake not sponge, it was very heavy and dense, not light at all. The coffee was very strong too. We did mention our comments, but it was brushed off with 'i'll feedback to the kitchen '. It wasn't the same experience as the last time we went.
Enjoy a cozy spot for afternoon tea with a tempting selection of brews and a nice menu for lunch, all at great prices.

Really reasonably priced place to get afternoon tea, especially because the food is so good. They have a great selection of tea and coffee as well.
I went for the original afternoon tea which I was able to get gluten free. I honestly found it to be more than enough and actually wasn't able to finish it.
They also have a menu with some hot food items if you're looking to go in for lunch rather than to have a traditional tea. The service was excellent, the person who sat me down was very friendly and regularly checked to see if I needed anything else, but without it feeling like too much.
A cozy spot with a great selection of homemade cakes and freshly made treats, perfect for a warm and welcoming break in the city!

Iv being going to snowdrop coffee shop since it opened, came across them by chance as I walked my children to school (Usually use a cut through but decided to go main road) saw someone outside giving away free samples. Couldn't stop but decided to return and check it out and Im so glad I did. 😊 Clare and the family are all so lovely and welcoming. The food is always tasty, with lots of options to choose from. Vegetarian, vegan, gluten free, she does a good selection of it all. The cakes are always spot on and when she does her brownies and cheesecake they aren't around long 😅
So many choices for the coffee too hot and cold! I simply can't stay away and my children love going to see Clare she's a very caring and lovely lady to us all. Highly recommend

Absolutely loved it here. Separate gluten free menu, great with dietary requirements! So many options to choose from. It’s bigger than it looks on the inside, and has great decor. Staff are wonderful and I felt very well taken care of.
Perfect spot for dietary needs with huge portions, a lovely outdoor area, and a cozy vibe that keeps people coming back for more.

For someone who has struggled to accommodate their partners dietary requirements this place ticks all the boxes.
Visiting Friday night and explaining Heidi was gluten and lactose intolerant are server said that they could accommodate her. She then took the time to explain the options available and how individual dishes could be prepared to meet her needs.
The end result met all my expectations and I would totally recommend this place to people who have specific dietary requirements 🙂
A charming spot perfect for family gatherings with generous portions, accommodating choices, and an inviting atmosphere that keeps people coming back.

Excellent coeliac-friendly all day breakfast place, gorgeous views of Elm Hill and the cobbled streets. Really appreciated the care and attention in making sure it was gluten free. Very dog friendly, my two pups had a lovely time watching people walk past! Definitely book ahead if you can.

Didn’t manage to sit in because of how busy this place gets but wow such a lovely cafe in a busy city. Despite being very busy staff were lovely and friendly. Really gluten friendly, vegan and veggie aware. Quick bite savoury options for gf is like finding gold dust - thank you :) also got a carrot cake to take away because I couldn’t resist!

A great cafe that was open pre 9am on a Saturday - always a bonus. The food was really lovely, and there was a very good selection, with gluten free options, which is always nice. The coffee was excellent too and the cakes were really lovely too. They're dog friendly too, so for us on our brief dog centred trip to Norwich, we couldn't ask for anything more.

Intimate atmosphere; the decaf cappuccino was excellent, served in a vintage mug, and we shared a main dish charred cauliflower, fig, and spiced turnip purée with chili honey and walnuts. Gluten free friendly. Nice staff.

A lovely visit at the weekend.
Lots of choices for baguettes and gluten free/vegan options.
And I must say they take every care in the preparation too, even using a separate area for gluten free so no cross contamination.
Delicious it was too, will definitely be visiting again 😁 I wish you all the success in your newly opened cafe

An amazing place, we had lunch on the outside terrace and it was great. The food was attractively presented and very tasty. We had the fixed price menu and we were not disappointed either by the quality or the portion size. My wife has coeliac disease and they were very aware of this and made it very clear her food was gluten free.
The views of the cathedral are brilliant and the vertical planters and waterfalls on one wall add to the experience.
Our server was very friendly, absolutely no complaints, I’d definitely go back.

Declan was really helpful today with offering to ask the chief to make gluten free Yorkshire pudding and gravy and they had a great selection of food my daughter could eat on the carvery as well being celiac and dairy free diet as well. With a final bonus high chair food for my 1 year old was free from the carvery as well.

Absolutely incredible for gluten free & vegetarian diet. All day brunch options are 👌 You can’t book ahead and may have to queue. I had eggs benny, avocado version. Completely delicious. Relaxed atmosphere inside, I was expecting it to be more fine dining but it’s wonderfully casual & super friendly. Can’t wait to come back.

Great atmosphere, Kynan served us, had an amazing attitude and loved having a chat with us when we ordered. Amazing service for such a busy Saturday.
Great gluten free options too and very knowledgeable (separate menu on the QR code)

Delicious food, catered well for gluten and dairy intolerant diners. Good menu choices. For the money I feel the standard of service could have been better with more attentive waiters. Otherwise very good and will go back for sure.

Gluten free delight! (The two veggies approve too)
Parking isn’t great, but there’s plenty down the road, the walk when so full was probably good for me to stretch.
The gluten free bun was surprisingly as good as a normal bun, which is shocking as most available in shops are revolting.
The potato products aren’t classified as gluten free due to being fried (cross contamination) but were fine like most places.
Food itself everyone seemed to have loved, apart from the cheese on the macaroni isn’t very cheese tasting, but possibly could be American style cheese, and the eater of it is very picky.
All in all, amazing experience and food, especially as I struggle to find places to eat.
Will definitely be back.
This is a good honest cafe. It has no false pretentions. It offers good, well cooked food. If you want fancy, overpriced coffee, don't come here. But if you want a tasty breakfast with a good cup of coffee then this is the place. Gluten free and keto breakfasts available - I was impressed.
Waitress was really helpful and friendly. We ate around midday and it was very quiet but in the comfy way. Vegetarian, vegan, and gluten-free options available. Really recommend the mac & cheese burger and any burger with a gluten-free bun if you need as they're great! Would definitely come again ♡
Lovely little cafe, outside parking, beautiful interior, slightly overpriced for local population, food of a good standard with a wide range of choices, limited options for some dietary requirements such as gluten free, had breakfast but they also have a large cake selection!
Enjoy a unique dining experience where dietary needs are embraced and challenges are met with creativity and respect.

Had a wonderful meal here with friends. I have Celiac Disease and other dietary restrictions and they made me a delicious meal that fully complied with all my requirements. They made me feel respected despite my 'quirks' and even seemed to enjoy the challenge. Will definitely return and am highly recommending to all my friends and family.
