Amazing to find this little gem. As a celiac it was great to find so many gluten free options and knowledgeable staff. Full English breakfast was great. Friendly welcome and nice atmosphere. Will be back.

As a gluten free vegan I am used to turning around and leaving cafés once I have established that there is literally nothing for me to eat. Here I was spoilt for choice and served by a knowledgeable and helpful member of staff. The only criticism is that there were only two members of staff and only one having to take orders, make drinks and take money. By the time we left the place was full, despite it being a Monday lunchtime, but I suppose that's not a bad problem to have!
Enjoy a welcoming vibe with a varied menu, accommodating diverse dietary needs and popular items that keep guests coming back, especially on busy weekends.

Amazing food, brilliant service and a reasonable price. Really enjoy coming here as a special treat and the fact that they have a mostly gluten free menu is really helpful as my partner is celiac.

I booked the Toby Carvery for myself and two cousins from London. I was not disappointed. It was a lovely dining experience. My cousin is gluten intolerant and the duty manager did everything possible to make sure my cousin felt safe. The chef was also extremely knowledgeable and even prepared a portion of cauliflower without the cheese sauce. The staff were all excellent and I would highly recommend dining at Toby Carvery Downlands.
Chill vibes and unique sharer options make this spot perfect for brunch, with great drinks and a dog-friendly atmosphere.

Superb choice of cakes. Big menu with a variety of hot and cold food. Lots of gluten free options. Friendly staff. It’s annoying they aren’t open on Sundays for a breakfast! We usually get a panini or sandwich, a bit of cake and a can each - roughly comes to around £20ish.
Charming tearoom with outdoor seating, great service, easy parking, and beautiful gardens to explore after your visit.

Incredibly slow service with only one girl out of four appearing to be doing all of the work. There were gluten-free options however and the coffee was ok.

Best cafe in Worthing. Brilliant coffee always well made. Really family friendly and a great selection of food and treats to buy. It's honestly one of the only cafes I will go in in Worthing. Love it! Brilliant for gluten free as they don't charge extra for the gluten free bread or alternative milks.

Very tasty breakfast. The poached eggs were just right - running beautifully over my bacon and (gluten free!) toast, without that awful vinegar flavour you sometimes get. The avocado smash with it gave a delightful lift to the flavour. Lovely.
Service was friendly without being overbearing, and remarkably chipper for 830am without being annoying.
Cost a couple of pounds more than if I'd got my Premier Inn breakfast. I think it was well worth the extra for lovely coffee and really fresh, tasty food
So good. I went back the next day for exactly the same thing and bright friends this time!

I walked into Finch by chance looking for something gluten-free. I got the ham hock and it was on two massive hash browns. I have never eaten something like it and it was gluten free so bonus for me.
Expect beautifully presented dishes in a welcoming atmosphere, with attentive staff making every visit memorable.

I've been visiting this lovely friendly cafe in its various forms for probably the last 30 years. The current incarnation is just as good as any in the past and me and my family will be delighted to carry on lunching here when we're in town for many years to come! Delicious food, competitively priced. Highly recommended (and good for Coeliacs too).

What a lovely coffee shop. The staff are so friendly and really efficient which is what is needed when people are catching trains! Gluten free bread was available for my sandwich and the sausages were GF too. I got the breakfast sandwich and latte deal but with tea as I don't drink coffee. I was told they have lots of gluten free options like bagels and hot dog rolls which is brilliant. It would be better if the takeaway cups were recyclable. I'd definitely visit again another time.
