Suga was AMAZING! I have late stage Celiac and she was knowledgeable about the disease. Because of her I was able to have French fries for the first time in 3 years and a wonderful burger! Thank you Suga!!!!

I took the recommendation of a friendly barista and had the Cuban latte with oat milk and a slice of the gluten free cinnamon coffee cake. Neither disappointed! The staff is super friendly and the atmosphere is great.

I love the food and atmosphere here! Ben is the best!! I have been here multiple times and it’s always been top notch on thefood.
There are a few gluten free options even!
When they first opened, it was amazing — especially the breakfast buffet with smoked salmon. I had no problem paying around $25 for it back then. But honestly, every time I come back, it just keeps getting worse and worse!
I ordered the omelet with mushrooms and goat cheese — thankfully, it came with a side of grits, because the grits were amazing. The omelet, though… 🙈 I sent it back. I wasn’t even in the mood to try anything else after that.
I mean, come on — if you’re charging $17 for an omelet, at least use fresh mushrooms and real eggs, not some egg substitute or just egg yolk.
It’s frustrating because this is literally the only place with such a great view, but the menu has become so disappointing.
And don’t even get me started on the ‘gluten-free’ options! People — being gluten-free isn’t a trend or a diet choice because I’m bored. It means I cannot consume gluten because it damages my small intestine, causes inflammation, pain, and long-term health issues. It’s a medical necessity, not a lifestyle fad.
So why don’t you at least try to accommodate that? It’s not that freaking hard!
Oh, and the Bloody Mary — total disaster. Please train your bartender and invest in better ingredients. A piece of cucumber and a couple of olives is not all it takes to make a proper Bloody Mary!

When vacationing in Gulf Shores I always get my breakfast from Soul Bowlz. I can’t recommend this shop enough! Friendly staff and great food! It’s also lovely that they have a gluten free granola option for people like me who have to avoid gluten. Prices are reasonable for the amount of food you get, I normally get the large size. Seriously, you will not be disappointed!!
Enjoying a deliciously huge catch of the day, this spot offers a scenic walk to plantations, making it a perfect outing destination.

The fish of the day was huge and cooked perfectly! Gluten and dairy free, I enjoyed having a menu option. Signature drink wasn't wonderful, but a traditional margarita was good. Nice that it's a walk to plantation without having to drive. We will be back!
Gorgeous views of the Gulf. Good gluten-free menu. Willing to substitute fresh fruit for toast. French Toast was thin, eggs Benedict were good as was the corned beef hash. Friendly. Closed for a couple more days of rehab.
