Run, or bike, to La Bicyclette now- their food is incredible! Highlights include their Winter Citrus salad (they graciously converted it to gluten free; in doing so they provided a citrus dressing rather than the standard vinaigrette) which was bright and perfectly balanced. The Steak au Poivre was expertly prepared. Our server was excellent-very attentive but not overbearing. The space has an energetic, but not chaotic, vibe. I am looking forward to returning!

Nothing incredible aside from over priced donuts, texture and flavor was ok. If you had tried “Duck Doughnut “ then you’ll understand why i gave only 3 stars to Sidecar doughnuts . Bcoz when you say maple bacon it’s literally maple bacon. They will dip the donut in maple sauce and crispy fry bacon… in front of you then hand you the donut. The only part i like to this shop is they sell gluten free and vegan doughnuts. Not so many shops has that choices.

Today, I treated my colleague to lunch at the Village Corner in Carmel, a charming restaurant nestled just around the corner. As soon as we stepped onto the patio adorned with vibrant flowers, we immediately felt a sense of relaxation and joy. The tall gentleman warmly welcomed us, setting the tone for our delightful experience. Throughout our meal, our waiter's kindness and professionalism were evident as he checked on us multiple times to ensure we had everything we needed. I was pleasantly surprised to discover that the restaurant serves breakfast during lunch hours. I decided to indulge in the eggs Benedict and the gluten-free pancake, both of which left a lasting impression with their unforgettable flavors. Overall, the Village Corner surpassed our expectations with its excellent service and delectable food. Love this place, we always have great service and food! We always get a few orders of the gluten-free lettuce wraps and I always have a bowl of the hot and sour soup. My new favorite entree is the Fire Braised Short Ribs the meat is always tender and there is a delicious sauce you pour which is great. Let me not forget to mention it comes with pineapple fried rice, im not sure if this is on the menu anywhere else but it should be.

I literally dream about these chicken wings and stop every trip to Santa Cruz! (Gluten free :) my son loves the Mac and cheese! (Regular, but very picky 5yo) Everything is so so good!

This may be the best food I've eaten in an airport restaurant. Had the chicken adobo with garlic fried rice and a mochi. They also gave me soup. All options were clearly labeled as vegetarian or gluten free as appropriate-- since I'm GF this meant I clearly could see my (many) GF options. Great meal!

Best mysore masala and ghee dosas in the Bay Area. Friendly, easygoing, fast service. Peaceful, laid-back atmosphere. Reasonable prices. Great gluten-free and vegan options (it’s all vegetarian). They sometimes have badam milk too—magnificent!

Good Gujarati Indian food. Awesome. Great taste. Pure Vegetarian restaurant. (Request for vegan and gluten free, and they will do the needful). Tucked away in a small strip mall, with enough parking but I go there often. Staff especially Chetan Bhai is very helpful and friendly. Their Undhiyu is the best I have ever had, but you can’t go wrong with most of their items on their menu ( variety of South Indian, Indian-Chinese and Gujarati).

I would recommend that the staff become more educated on what meats and ingredients are actually gluten free or not, it's important. The girl who took my order did not know which then made me order safer which ended up meaning ordering less which means they also lost out on more money. So I make this recommendation to educate your employees not only for the well-being of your customers, but for your business as well. The gluten free tortilla there is super tasty. I ordered the Power burrito and wasn't asked if I wanted pinto or black beans or Mexican rice or brown rice- so if you have a preference, be sure to speak towards it because you may not get prompted and forget to say something like I did.

We came in for lunch. We came in a bit early, but the service was extremely slow and as it filled up, everyone was getting their food around us except us which is a bit disappointing. They don’t have that many gluten-free options which is weird because even for example, the steak medallions does have gluten in the end makes it really difficult to eat when there shouldn’t actually be gluten and steak.

I have been to their location in Anaheim, but my son says the original is the best. I wasn't able to have tasty chicken because I can't have the batter on it. I was happy to see that they made buckwheat waffles! I knew those were gluten-free, so I very happily enjoyed every bite of those. They were fabulous ❣

I am a local San Diegan and live between Little Italy and Santa Fe Depot. The closest coffee shops near me are Starbucks and 7/11. I am so happy I found Silver Streak Café, because I am a huge supporter of small businesses. They have good breakfast sandwiches, vegan, sugar free, and gluten free options. Balti makes the perfect lattes, to order. The café is located inside the Santa Fe Depot train station so it has a historical ambiance. There is an outdoor seating area with flowers and a fountain, so it is a unique place to enjoy a coffee I've started to see lots of locals here recently:-)
