I have a severe gluten allergy - to the point where even a bit of cross-contamination can cause significant GI symptoms - and I have never once gotten sick from the GF treats sold here. Plus they are delicious! You wouldn't know they were gluten free if you hadn't been told.
Chill vibe with a killer coffee selection, inviting indoor/outdoor seating, and a treat for morning cravings!

Absolutely tasty and delicious place. The grilled cheese and tomato soup is my personal fave. They offer tons of gluten-free options. The lavender latte is my personal fave as well there.
Unique atmosphere with a fab selection of baked goods and lattes, plus eco-friendly initiatives make for a delightful stop.

Great gluten-free sourdough bread. Especially the plain rectangle one. I wish they did online orders for the next day of gf breads and gf items so they knew how much to make. They never make enough, 😔. It is very hard to get through the phone. Goes straight to voicemail. This is why I deducted a star.
Busy, but fantastic treat for our Celiac kids, rare to have a restaurant with a gluten free fryer so the kids can have fantastic French fries. It was all delicious
The Red Truck is a little restaurant in the Truckee airport terminal. The food is great, the menu reasonably large, the people are fantastic and knowledgeable and helpful with Gluten issues. Great for pilots and passengers to grab a quick bite to go, eat in, or eat out on the patio. A little hidden gem.
This classic American diner in Truckee offers a unique vintage vibe with a diverse menu and entertaining train views.

I would give this place 0 stars if I could. Not only was the service horrible, but they are NOT accommodating about allergies. I ordered the crab grilled cheese with gluten free bread and my friend ordered one with normal bread. When they brought out the food (which came out with the wrong side) we both started eating. After 4-5 bites I noticed the bread was REALLY good for gluten free bread. After comparing it to my friends normal bread, we realized I was NOT provided with the gluten free bread. I have celiac disease so this is very damaging to my digestive track. What's horrible is I might not have thought to check if my friend hadn't ordered the same thing, as I wouldn't have had something to compare it to. I waited 15min to tell the waitress but she did not come to check on us. I ended up going inside and politely letting her know, then proceeded to the bathroom to try to make myself throw up in order to get as much out of my system as I could. While I was in the bathroom, a regular GF one was brought out (with a different, still incorrect, side). None of the staff provided any apologies or offered anything to make up for the mistake. I'm so disappointed and now I'll be stuck in the room for my entire vacation day due to stomach problems. Telling all my friends and family to steer clear of this restaurant, so very disappointed

Stopped here for a quick cup of tea and a pastry and was pleasantly surprised by this bakery! We tried 3 of the cookie flavors and they were all fantastic… crisp edges, chewy middles and perfect balance of sweetness and flavor.
We also tried the gluten free carrot cake cupcake, you couldn’t even tell it was GF! The almond scone was delicious and moist.
If you’re looking for a sweet treat and a nice hot drink, I’d definitely recommend this spot!
Wonderful BBQ and great options. They even had gluten free cornbread! Her service was sweet and helpful and let me stay until I was finished with my call. They had multiple games on but not too loud. Loved it
Enjoy a cozy vibe with unique seasonal drinks and quick service, perfect for a relaxing stop before hitting the road.

Our first visit to DCDS was great.
My husband ordered the Pray for Snow Peppermint Latte (seasonal) and I ordered a decaf latte with Laird’s superfood MCT. We both really enjoyed our beverages!
The service was also great: friendly, professional and quick! One of the baristas helped me customize my drink based on what I wanted, which was really cool 😊
I enjoyed the experience so much, we stopped by for a second visit before leaving town to get snacks for the road: a chocolate protein smoothie and a gluten-free chocolate chip banana muffin. They were so delish 😋
If we are in the area, we would love to visit again! ❤️
We stopped up for lunch on a Monday. Not too busy and so was quite comfortable. I was able to get a gluten free bun on my burger, which hit the spot. Nice views and nice restrooms too.
Charming spot boasting a cute interior and located beside a dreamy bakery, perfect for a delightful brunch experience.

Stopped by here for brunch and it was AMAZING! Friendly staff, cute interior, and right next store to their sister bakery which looks like heaven. Great place if you are gluten free, they have a few options.
