Came here because a gluten free wrap option was specifically mentioned by the owners in these reviews. They do not offer a gluten free wrap so don't expect to get that here. They offer gluten free bread but not exactly the same when you are looking for a breakfast burrito. They also advertise online ordering with no options to select gluten free substitutes. Disappointed.
An awesome vegan spot with unique dishes, a lovely courtyard vibe, and delicious surprises that make it a must-visit!

Terrific food in a fun outdoor setting with shade and rain protection. We went twice and tried the kale salad, ultimate combo salad, pancakes, burgers, and a smoothie. All were excellent and our very sensitive celiac person was fine. All vegan and lots of gluten free.
Chill vibes right on the beach with live music, fun games, great cocktails, and a relaxed atmosphere perfect for hanging out.

Great atmosphere - right on a picturesque beach! Food is ok (we had the original pancakes and a gluten-free toast), coffee is nuclear-grade strong (not our thing). Service is good, but moves on the Hawaiian time, so if you are short on time, not a place I would recommend. On the other hand, if you want to chill for a while, looking at the surf, this is the place to be. Chickens are pigeons are bold and annoying, but that’s how it is everywhere else on the island. Worth a visit, especially if you are already in the area for shopping in the Coconut Market. Good, but not great.
Enjoy vibrant international coffees and a cozy vibe, perfect for kickstarting your day near the beach with a quick stroll.

I really want to like this place, and I think it has potential but...
Things that I enjoy about it: The patio is cute, and the interior is hip. The coffee is solid, and the music has been great during my visits. And it's vegan so bonus points for that, especially on an island that basically has Beyond Burgers as their only vegan option. Finally, the staff is very sweet.
Things that are frustrating: The staff is also inexperienced and seemingly unable to multi-task. I waited ten minutes the other day for a drip coffee because the couple in front of me in line ordered coffee drinks and food. On another afternoon, I also saw a line of 12 people, and the mayhem that followed.
They are also out of things constantly/perpetually. I've tried to buy a piece of chocolate banana bread every day for six days because the person in front of me bought the last piece during my first visit, but they have been out every day since (I show up every day at around seven in the morning so they don't sell out before I arrive.) They have also been out of the "lox" all week, and they're completely aware of it--the owner was there yesterday and said ,"That's the second person who tried to order it. I guess I should make some more." Do I even need to comment on how maddening it is when you're out still the next day and you know? Create a menu that you can maintain (I owned a French bakery/cafe for five years so trust me on this. You will irritate customers if you are always out of menu items. It's better to revamp it if you can't keep up.)
Things that are unspeakable: There's been a recent trend everywhere to combine vegan and gluten free diets, despite the fact that it does great disservice to both diets and is probably relevant to only .001 of the population. Gluten baked goods need dairy and eggs for moisture, flavor, and body to be enjoyable. Vegan baked goods need gluten and all the help that they can get. This is an unholy arranged business marriage that hopes to capitalize on desperation and is lose-lose for everyone. The results are a bagel shaped thing that imitates cardboard pretending to be bagel.
I really wish this place nothing but success. And if I visit Kauai again, I will stop in again and again, probably to find that they're still out of chocolate banana bread and "lox". Godspeed, my vegan brethren.
Just steps from the beach, this vibrant spot offers stunning views and a lively atmosphere, perfect for a memorable meal experience.

I called to confirm there were gluten free/dairy free options and was told yes there was a whole menu. Great! It also showed up on the GF app, so when we were seated i was very disappointed that at first glance there was very little that seemed to actually be GF/DF. Honestly I was ready to leave, I didn't want plain white rice and some protein with no sauce or flavor. Thankfully the manager was very helpful and went over all the options we had, and was very patient. Curry was not on my mind for dinner, but it was SO good! So was the pork loin. Even though I couldn't have the regular side, the sauce was amazing, and they were very accommodating with options. The drinks and wine were stellar. Honestly I would come back every time for the poke. The avocado sauce was insane with the ahi. Thank you for being much more accommodating than first appearance of your allergy menu.
A charming café with exceptional coffee and organic ingredients, offering a cozy vibe and unique drinks perfect for a relaxed visit.

If you're a gluten free dairy free human like me, get the Daily Bread with the GF sourdough. I've tried so many GF breads at home and out and about and this was truly one of the best - and the homemade fruit spread/Mac nut butter were both great adds!
This spot impresses with an amazing selection of delicious pastries, including a variety of unique gluten-free options that keep visitors coming back.

For the chocolate Lava Vegan cake made in Kauai with all natural ingredients and gluten free too! Moist since many "healthy cakes" end up being chalky. Did not try anything else. But a coconut cake would have been purchased too if she had it.
Need a small cake for 2 check her out
This was a great little family run restaurant. We got breakfast which was great. You can get your typical American breakfast or one with a Hawaiian flare. The family is extremely nice and helpful. It's located in a little strip mall. Looks like the grocery store is no longer there so there's not a lot else going on around it. But it was walking distance from where we were staying and along the main road. My wife is gluten-free and she was able to find plenty of options that work for her. So yeah you have to do
Enjoy street tacos here while escaping the heat in a vibrant atmosphere that feels like a great bang for your buck.

Great street tacos and friendly staff make this a great place to eat, and if you are looking for a break from the heat then this place is perfect. Additionally, all of the tacos were gluten free. Prices were comparable to other places but it seemed like we got more for our money at one of the other taco restaurants.
