My husband got the regular cinnamon roll and I got the gluten free with the cream cheese frosting added on the side. They were so yummy! Gf cinnamon rolls are often a disappointment but these were so good, we went back later the same afternoon and picked up 3 more gf ones to go to have for breakfast on other mornings. The lady that makes the gf rolls is so sweet! Thank you for such a wonderful treat!

This was our first time going to three's bar and grill. We waited for less than 10 minutes for a table outside. The staff was very friendly and helpful. For those with Celiac or gluten issues a separate is available. I ordered blackened fish which was one of the best fish I've had. We had a great dinner. You get 20% off your next meal with receipt.

If you have a good friend, or you yourself are vegan this place is the best place on Island to eat!! It is small, and kind of a secret—the tempeh or tofu used tastes and texture passs as meat, even my carnivorous husband agrees. The food is delicious, fresh and full of variety. We enjoyed the teriyaki bowl, and my friend, I took her for her birthday—at her request—had the gyros with gluten free wrap…she enjoyed every bite! Really wonderful service, we sat outside and people watched, in the shade. Now my husband wants to go to Earth Aloha Eats tomorrow, too.

Super delicious açaí bowls and cold brew! We both got the kings açaí and were excited and surprised to see they had cold brews. We tried the blue coconut cold brew and it was delicious. Really friendly staff, fast service, and one of our favorite food stops during our visit to Maui. Also very nice that they have gluten free granola, usually it’s hard for us to find that and my partner ends up missing out on the granola. Can’t wait to go back!

Walked in, sat window side(they recommended reserving at least a day before as it is uncommon to get a window as a walk in) servers were friendly and prompt. Our toddler smashed the chicken padukas and lamb samosas, then fell asleep. Wife is gluten free and ordered the bread option and was pleased. The chicken tandoor and fish koorma were both great. Topping it off with specialized cocktails had us leaving full and happy we went in for dinner. We will be back next trip

having celiac disease w the only place by me having GF wraps and i was told by the owner that they would be open their business hours and i went and indeed saw that they were not… Definitely don’t want to be giving my support or money to someone who can’t keep their word. probably would have gotten me hospitalized too!! DONT WASTE YOUR TIME HERE!! i’ve been waiting for days and days now and the owner herself told me that i can go wherever to get food from any other truck knowing that i have celiac disease with limited food options… not the spot for the locals💁🏽♀️

Came here late in the afternoon. Was delighted. A lot of authentic Mexican food that is really well done. My wife is gluten free and I'm vegetarian and there were a ton of options for both of us that were clearly labeled.

This is our fave place to watch football in Maui. Great atmosphere, great food and drinks. The Chicken Chingaderas are my husband's favorite dish. Lots of options for vegetarian and gluten free folks. Drinks are awesome. They have Taco Tuesdays, Fajita Wednesdays and Chili Relleno Thursdays right now and serve breakfast. This is generally our first and last stop every trip to Maui. Delish and great aloha vibes.

I was happy to find a Mexican restaurant that has Gluten free options. Waiters are very accommodating and knowledgeable about Celiac. I got tacos and they were good and tasty. I would recommend it for people with Celiac! I hope they have gluten free menu as well!
The food was very good and the waiter was actually very knowledgeable about making menu items gluten free and customized the enchiladas to include mahi - awesome. cheese dip was ok but with an overhaul on the space design and furniture, this place would be packed.

Got the mochi pancakes, easily the best pancakes I've ever had. My mom is gluten free, and for the first time in YEARS we could share a meal. Very allergy friendly, service is AMAZING as well, we got our food within 5 minutes of ordering. Staff is friendly and kind. Atmosphere is super cute, and they have roosters and birds walking around which I absolutely love. If you are in the area this is definitely a go to!

Went again, got the mochi pancakes again because they are SO good, got the build your own omelette with pork and green onions which was amazing, and I got the Ube Latte. The latte wasn't my favorite, you couldn't taste the Ube at all because the coffee overpowers it, so I'd recommend one of their iced teas. We went during rush this time, and it took a little bit longer but still very fast service. Love this place 🫶
