I placed an online order for pick up. When I went to pick up the order I noticed that none of the condiments or utensils were in the bag. After waiting 20 minutes for someone to help me, I finally called to someone behind the bar and asked for the items missing. The girl that helped me, had a look on her face like I was the most annoying person ever. She also proceeded to explain that orders are only supposed to come with one piece of condiment each. I told her, "well, I paid extra to get more in the app." She just huffed and walked away. When I got home, I realized that half the order was still missing. There was no sausage that is supposed to come with the pancakes. And I paid extra for gluten free toast, which was not in it either. I feel like I always have an issue when picking up orders from here. Edit to the management having read this: I also realized the pancakes were wrong. I decided to call the restaurant at this point. He told me that he wished I had called the restaurant before writing a review. We'll, I wish that my order hadn't been so screwed up!!

This a gem on the east end of downtown Patchogue. An eclectic menu, lots of gluten free, vegetarian and vegan items, with a latino flair. Excellent and friendly service, reasonable prices. They also do an awesome brunch, recommend the huevos rancheros.

It's unfortunate I'm leaving this review, I really like their gluten free bagels and the fact there is a place to finally get gluten free bagels because I'm celiac. Over the past few years, everytime I get a bagel with cream cheese there is literally like a smear of cream cheese on it, practically nothing. I worked in a bagel place and the rule always was give a little extra they can always take it off. You don't want a customer upset because there isn't enough. I'm already paying extra for gluten free, but then to get practically no cream cheese on the bagels every time is really disappointing. I have pictures but there is no option to add them.

First, I want to say that I intend to give this place another try, since the food was delicious and the servers were very nice... however, they got my takeout order wrong and put chicken on my vegetarian gluten free quesadillas, which If I had dined in, I could have just sent it back to the kitchen. The server taking the order specifically asked if my gluten free order was without chicken, which I confirmed. As it was, I had stopped there on my way home from work and didn't want to drive another half hour back there just to exchange my food. My son did enjoy his food, I want to add. I think I will go back there some time to order in. Someone with food sensitivities should probably avoid getting food to go from here unless you have time to take your order apart and inspect it first. This is why I gave it only 3 stars. If you have no dietary restrictions, add another star. UPDATE: I came back and had dinner here with my husband and had a most enjoyable meal. He had the cuban sandwich, which was done to perfection. I had my gluten-free cheese quesadillas which were perfect. The staff are all friendly and attentive. We loved the neighborhood vibe and will be making Tiesto's a regular stop.

Thursday night I ate at Lombardis on the bay & I was nervous as it was for a rehearsal dinner which meant a pre mixed menu. My husband spoke with the manager and we offered to pay for my own food seperate. They were unbelievably accommodating.. the manager said no way we will definitely make the proper accommodations. My food did come out a little while atfer everyone else's but I was so totally ok with it. It was fresh. They gave me gluten free pasta and we confirmed it does not get cooked in a big pot of water from regular pasta. It's own seperate pot and they gave me a mixed greens salad. They made a gluten free chicken francese. The food was out of this world. I get so anxious eating out at events especially with celiac because cross contamination can leave me very sick. The staffed checked in with me a few times to make sure everything was okay and I was ok. I highly recommend giving them a chance probably one of my better experiences simply because when we do parties at restaurants I always hate feeling like a burden because I eat different than everyone else but they were so kind. They definitely took the best measures they could with a gluten kitchen accommodating a gluten free meal and I am really thankful. I wish I could give more stars than just 5

Excellent!!service is fast approaching. Food very bababoom!! But i will suggest gluten free,and wheat free menu!! Lots of people having this issue needs different diet. "Please Panera,bread make it happen!" Is simple menu for everyone to choose and satisfied customers with issues like this. Will be very useful and appreciate it. Panera bread is bababoom!! The new owner who took over is absolutely amazing he ordered gluten-free bagels for my son specialty items and charged two dollars for a buttered bagel which is unheard of with even a regular bagel so I really appreciate that and the last time my husband went in there and is closing so my husband wanted to grab some bagels and then freeze them which taste heavenly I just hope this whole thing with the virus doesn’t Hurt his business!

Ordered thru Uber eats. We ordered the tacos gluten free and they came on lettuce shells which were so delicious! The tacos came in a cool to go container so the taco filling doesn’t spill everywhere. We also ordered the ribs. All the food was so good and flavorful. Definitely recommend!

Just to say...TIME TO MADE THE DONUTS! What's going on with the commercial? No more! Ok .got it! No need anymore for advertising like that's wrong. Coffee is coffee. Donuts are donuts. Lattes are lattes. The service at this location is good, greeting was nice. very clean but bathroom out of service. That's no good for costumers that drink coffee! I have a suggestion.: what about starting a gluten free bagels and donuts? Lots of people will love that!! Just a suggestion. I recommend this place 100% kisses and hugs king size. Happy safe 2020. Muuuuah
