I come to Soufflés about once a week (sometimes twice!) because the food is consistently fantastic. As someone with Celiac, I truly appreciate the care they take with their gluten-free options. The shrimp and grits are outstanding, and their gluten-free French toast is a rare treat done perfectly. I’ve also had their salads for lunch, which are fresh and flavorful. Even during busy times when there’s a short wait, it’s well worth it. The staff is friendly, attentive, and quick to make any necessary corrections. The chef even comes to my table to ensure my meal meets my dietary needs—something I rarely experience elsewhere. If you’re looking for a great breakfast or lunch spot with excellent service and delicious gluten-free choices, I highly recommend Soufflés!

I bought 8 gluten free cinnamon rolls for my friend. They looked sooo yummy I had to eat one when I got home. I don't like gluten but I'll tell you they are the best GF product I ever ate. They were just made and still warm. Nothing better than a cup of hot coffee and warm roll when it is 29 degrees outside. Thank you. Great product😀

Love supporting a local cafe when I travel so I was excited to see this place in walking distance from our rental. Went there on a Saturday morning and ordered a latte and muffin. The staff were friendly and their mom bakes the treats. The reason for 4 stars is the latte was just okay and a bit pricey (they also gave me way less milk than I paid for which was a bummer). More stars because they had gluten free treats which was awesome.

They are a great restaurant with gluten free options. Our girls have Celiac disease and one gets sick almost immediately if she gets gluten. We always make them our last stop before heading home from the beach.

We were celebrating our 35th wedding anniversary at North Myrtle Beach. My wife has a multiple food restrictions and we were so happy that we were able to find Sweet Girlz Bakery. They have plenty of Vegan and gluten free options for our cake. Sweet Girlz not only made our nicely decorated and delicious cake but also delivered it to the restaurant where we had our celebration. Their cake was a real gem on our table. I would like to thank Sweet Girlz Bakery for helping us in our celebration!

Our server, Gema, is one of the best caretakers I have ever seen. The food left my family of 3 kids in awe. The atmosphere was great. I suggest requesting Gema. They also have varying gluten free options.
