Given wheat bread (BEWARE CELIACS) so called to check if the GF existed before making a third 30- minute round trip and then asked to provide receipt when returning to exchange their error. Best Mexican food I have had in years. The server told us about each of the dishes and I ordered the Torta Ahogada which is a dish I was not familiar with. They recommended dipping the Tacos Dorados in the sauce. The staff are clearly passionate about sharing their food culture. It was so delicious. I usually order to-go and my orders are ready within 25-30 mins. I personally love their sotanghon pansit, kare-kare and bulalo. If your palate isn't used to filipino savory dishes, but got curious and wanted to try Dagupan grill, I would highly encourage you to try their sotanghon and spring rolls/shanghai rolls (I don't think it's gluten-free, eat at your own risk) for starters. I will keep ordering from Dagupan grill.
